The cletic night meal deal was amazing. No charge on the car park. Rooms, hotel and all staff were brilliant

We visited the Arlington O`Connell for our anniversary in May, the staff are very friendly, the hotel is a few minutes walk to the temple bar area and the shopping centre, right in the centre of it all. Definitely recommend the meal and dancing at Arlington - we didn`t expect to be sat with other people but it made it more fun and we met some great people and had a great evening. We walked to the zoo (good 40 mins), but there is trams that go up/down but it was a gorgeous day so we enjoyed the walk. Highly recommend having their full English breakfast, we had this each day - amazing food and nothing was too much trouble.....friendly friendly friendly. Can`t wait to come back. Thanks again

nice hotel right by the liffy river comfortable beds but bathroom very small ok for one night

Room in general great size, clean enough but the bathroom is in need of an upgrade.The bathroom door didn`t lock, the extractor fan didn`t work and the shower didn`t regulate. The main room wasn`t well light which made it difficult to apply make up...just a small thing, from a woman`s point of view. The Arlington O`Connell staff were attentive, and very helpful, the restaurant/bar was great with live entertainment with reasonably priced food and drink. We would be happy to use this hotel again.

Great Irish breakfast and a good choice on the evening`s menu. The Irish dancing in the evening was superb. We had a great time in Dublin at the Arlington and hope to return in the near future.

Stayed for 3 night with husband for 40th birthday. Fantastic place to stay. So central near everything. Staff are outstandingly first class. Nothing to much trouble. Always looking to ensure that your having a good time

The hotel itself was clean and tidy, excellent breakfast and staff very pleasent. Live music and Irish dancing each night which made it the perfect hotel and a `must` for visitors.The room and bathroom we stayed in was clean but required refurbuishment as the bathroom door would not close properly, TV was old, channels limited and bad reception. Having said all that, the hotel was satisfactory but could have been better.

Have just returned from a five day stay at the Arlington OConnell and have to say that nothing was too much trouble for the staff there. My friend and myself were there celebrating our birthdays and when we asked for a room upgrade the staff there assured us they would do all they could and a short time later we were given a bigger room with a view over the river. The hotel itself is in an ideal location and the entertainment they provide is excellent, we loved their traditional Irish night. All staff were attentive but we would like to thank Susan especially as she went above and beyond.

Overall a good hotel. Our main problem was our room (218) which overlooked a very noisy service road plus the room was so hot we had to keep the window open through the night so couldn`t shut the noise out. The curtains let a lot if light in around the sides and top too.Staff here are really helpful and courteous. Bar snacks and meals are good and the breakfast is too.Overall a decent hotel.

Room was very comfortable and clean, could benefit from a little TLC in the shower room and maybe the path outside the window.. Overall, a very pleasant stay!!

staff were absolutely brilliant, very helpful and friendly. my room was ok but feel the rooms are a bit tired looking. my friends rooms were horrendous, very hot, no air con, my daughter`s room was awful small shower no bath, and shower curtain kept sticking to her body and shower head you couldnt move so had to wash hair even if you didnt want to, therefore my daughter and husband came to my room for a bath and to cool down. the hotel entertainment was brilliant and in a great location

STAYED HERE FOR 2 NIGHTS TO SEE A BAND AT THE DUBLIN ACADEMY. GREAT LOCATION JUST 5 MINS WALK TO THE ACADEMY AND IDEAL LOCATION FOR TEMPLE BAR AREA, BOAT AND BUS TRIPS. ROOMS ARE A LITTLE TIRED AND THE BATHROOM COULD HAVE DONE WITH A REVAMP IF NOT A GOOD BLEACHING! BUT BREAKFAST AND BAR AREAS ARE GOOD AND WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN DUBLIN..

Staff were very helpful, only problem was no water in the sink taps and nothing was done in three days ! The Irish dancing show was very entertaining and the food was excellent, we would stay there again!

A great place to stay right at the heart of the city, easy walking distance to the attractions, shopping centre and Temple Bar. The hotel staff were all polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms fairly basic but clean, you have all you need.

Room comfortable and clean. We had a triple room with single beds which were roomy. Breakfast was particularly good. Buffet with wide choice of foods and food hot and nicely cooked. Easy access to Dublin and all it had to offer.

The Arlington Hotel is a fabulous place to stay.We only stayed for one night but enjoyed it very much.It is situated in the heart of the city and within easy reach of everything.The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast very enjoyable.All of the staff there are most pleasant and very helpful.I would definitely recommend it and would most certainly stay there again if I was in Dublin.Well Done!

The Arlington hotel is in a prime location overlooking the river Liffey we stayed for two nights in room 135 on the first floor the Liffey suite room was spacious and clean but was in need of a facelift, bathroom was old with wash basin cracked and rusty towel rails, breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and ample portion size. I would recommend this hotel if you are not bothered about ultra modern shiny rooms the staff are fantastic and couldn`t do enough for you so overall it is a great hotel that just needs a bit of money spending on decor.

We all had a really lovely stay. The hotel was in a fantastic location, really close to everything. Entertainment and food downstairs were also great. Would highly reccomended.

My Wife, Daughter and I went for a short break and found this hotel to be very enjoyable. It is perfectly located to allow you to walk around all the city center attractions. The staff are very helpful and we also saved a lot of money on parking as the hotel offers a heavily discounted rate for a local car park. The breakfast was pretty standard though a a decent quality and the only thing I could complain about was that our room was located close to the lift and the bells when the doors opened where quite loud and did make getting off to sleep a little irritating. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short city break.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Arlington O`Connell. The staff were very helpful and let us leave our cases in a locked room as we arrived too early to check in. The rooms were spacious and clean and nothing was too much trouble when we asked for more coffee and milk for our room.The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food on offer and the staff very friendly. We also ate from the bar menu one evening and were again offered a varied menu which was very tasty. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends. Thank you for a short but very enjoyable stay.

I booked this hotel for my daughters and cousin as a treat and though I did not stay there myself they had a wonderful time. The hotel was in a perfect location and I was extremely impressed with their comments about staff. Normally with a group of young girls they get `short shrift` from staff but the hotel staff were so polite and kind to them. Will definitely book again!

Hotel was awesome to stay in. Good location, fantastic bar. There`s an American chick (New York) working there who literally couldn`t do enough for you, she was a gem! All in all, a brilliant place to visit.
