Not the most stylish hotel, but well organised, clean and, in a biggish corporate-type hotel way, friendly

I had requested and early check in and this was arranged but while waiting for the room to be available we were offered changing facitilities and bag storage. Lovely room, nice and clean and very quiet considering its busy London Location. Nice Breakfast although some of the staff not so attentive having to get attention toget a cup of tea but any issues quickly dealt with.

Great hotel, literally 5 mins walk to theatres, really is in heart of covent garden. Hotel and breakfast great, rooms spacious, very clean. Can`t fault it !Fantastic value for money too. I will be returning!

Although a little worried from reviews about being sent to other hotels after a quick call I was assured that I would be staying thankfully. For location this is superb..the rooms are wonderful and the service and attentiveness of all staff first class. It is quite expensive to stay here even with Hotel Direct`s discounts but the luxury is certainly worth the cost. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its location for trips to the theatres in the West End and for Covent Garden. Will be returning for sure!!!!

lots of problems from rude staff,moved from a nice room to a much smaller dirtier room on the 7th floor because we booked a package deal,made to feel like second class citizens and that we were cheapskates becuase we booked a deal and not the full price room, pictures available if required.

Found this online as a `hidden gem` and didn`t find out the name of the hotel until it was all booked. Definitely not disappointed though. Great service, good food, clean room and a fab location; close to the tube, restaurants and Covent Garden. Would definitely go back!

Everything was excellent except the beds are on the hard side.

Due to overbooking we were transferred to The Westbury. Good points, taxi organised and paid for for transfer and taxi to and from theatre reimbursed by hotel. Breakfast served n room at no extra cost - huge choice and huge quantity delivered!! One criticism, bathroom had integral bath tap type shower and separate power shower but we could not get the power shower to work. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were overbooked from our hotel in Theatrland and sent to anopther hotel which was far from where we wanted to be. Very dissapointed! This is very poor service, if someone books for Theatreland and are overbooked, the least that you can do is re-book them another hotel in Theatreland, not someowhere you don`t want to be!

Stayed one night and thought it was a great hotel. I have no negative comments at all10 out of 10

at Hotel`s expence to the 5 Star `Westbury, Mayfair`. Silver Service for breakfast. Excellent room with turndown service. Complaint: No tea making service in room (can have it but must pay extra) and No Free Internet connection (charge £12.75 per 24hours)

We had found the hotel to be conveniently placed for the theatre we were going to, the room was very clean and made for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Full english breakfast was included in the price and was very enjoyable. Excellent service throughout the hotel staff and very welcoming.

When we arrived we were transferred to a sister hotel "The Westbury" just off Regent Street. The Taxi driver told us that it happens a lot. The hotel was in a superb position within walking distance of everything. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in our room which was superb. But.....One complaint....There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is a must after a day in Busy London.

hotel they say it was a five star not to sure about that ,the food was cold there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room if we wonted them we would have to pay extra,we would hav had then in the kings way hall hotel,we felt rather let down by the whole experiencem,and would not book any thing like this again,

Hotel was conveniently situated, for Covent Garden and Theatres, staff and service was superb, room was excellent and quiet, breakfast was very good, enjoyed our stay very much, will recommend to all my friends, and hope to return in the very near future.

Only disappointment was that I could not get any steam from the steam room and there was no way to get assistance.

we had a frontfacing 2nd floor room and contrary to other reviews found the room to be quiet,the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.Breakfast was very nice as again were the restaurant staff.Our only gripe was there was no bathrobe(s) or slippers provided in the room

This hotel was quite good. Breakfast was good. Location is satisfactory, not as central as some others but pretty good all the same.

We stayed in the Kingsway Hall for my wifes birthday as it was close to the Aldwych Theatre. The rooms were well furnished and clean, the noise levels well managed, and the breakfast excellent.

The hotel, its staff and facilities were all fabulous. Our only problem was that our room was a little scruffy and smelled of stale smoke! Maybe this was a room saved for people who got their bookings at a bargain price? Who knows - just be aware! Other than that i would not hesitate to recomend!!!

Location just right only 1 minute froom tube and 8 minutes from theatreland. Good accomodation . Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast superb. Overall an excellent choice

The Kingsway Hall Hotel in Great Queens Street was a great place for a long weekend! Close to Covent and Leicester square, the smart rooms and ample full English breakfast proved to be excellent value for money.Would certainly recommend and book this deal again!

We were going to see War Horse and wanted to stay as near as possible to the theatre, this fitted the bill perfectly. Had dinner at Joe Allen`s after the show, great and at Orso, Italian food, the next evening also very good. The hotel was clean and the rooms well kept and not too small, the beds were very comfortable, we had room 707 our friends 703, both off the main road. We found the staff excellent without exception and the breakfact good also so despite a little of the usual hotel `noise` and temperature in the rooms (hot) we found this hotel perfect for a stay in Theatreland. There are so many good cafes and restaurants nearby. We loved the Soane`s museum 13 Lincoln`s Inn Fields and the British Library also the British museum is near and Somerset House, in fact a great place for many historic sites, 10 out of 10! We all agreed would stay there again.

We will be back to stay at this Hotel,which is Very well run and considering its central location you get a peaceful nights sleep, then in the morning enjoy a very tasty breakfast.

Very convenient for the Opera and Ballet. Service excellent, but some areas looking tired and will soon need refurbishment.
