Enjoyed stay staff extremely friendly and helpful. Really good location. Bedroom a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Small but clean and comfortable room with immaculate bathroom facilities. Top marks to very welcoming and friendly reception staff. Good value for money.

Only a short stay over the new year period but we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely even though the dining room is very small. Would definately stay there again

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room although small was very comfortable and clean. However the shower was too small to use comfortably. The hotel is very near to the metro and only 15 minutesd walk from the Eiffel tower. I would recommend this hotel and be happy to go back and stay again.

Room. Slightly small and cupboard space not quite enough. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Hot water at all times in the bathroom. Being English, missed the tea making facilities in the room. Good choice at breakfast. Lack of bar for the evening noted though again not a major issue. Complementary papers a nice touch. Staff friendly at all times. The one problem at the end of the week was the loss of the lift when workmen were moving old baths from the floors being renovated.

The location was excellent and the hotel was clean and plesent with very helpful receptionist and staff. The room was compact but functional, the room was more than adequate as we only used it for sleeping. The breakfast was not great but good local bakery!!

The hotel was fine apart from the fact that they obviously allow smoking in the hotel even though they had notices stating a no smoking policy from Feb 2008. The smell when you got to your rooms (we stayed on the 3rd floor) was pretty rough, especially if you are a non-smoker

My son and his fiancee stayed at this hotel a year or two ago and recommended it to us. The hotel was in an excellent position - one minute from Metro, 10 minutes from Eiffel Tower. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very substantial. Only thing was that the room was a little on the small side (and the bathroom) BUT, as we only used it for bed and breakfast it suited us. Reception area was welcoming with sofas, table, newspapers and croissants. The toilets in reception area were absolutely immaculate. We arrived early for our room but were allowed to store our luggage in a locked room. We also were allowed to do this on the day of departure. Yes, I would certainly use this hotel again and also recommend it.

Room was small but clean and staff were very good. Would and have recommended Hotel to friends.

Very good the fact it is close to the metro, lots of places close by for eating pleased there were so many good restaurants within 10 mins walking distance. the breakfast was good. Rooms were small, toilets were also small showers even smaller a large person would struggle to wash. The rooms were clean, good room service, staff were very pleasent and polite there was a lift which was good not having to walk up the stairs, there were many diffirent nationallitys staying at the hotel. 8 out of 10

No bar was a let down, and joined single beds instaed of a double but was clean and hospitable.

Lift broke down and I had to carry my luggage myself.No offer of help.

I have problems walking so I was dismayed when i was told the lift was out of order. I was also told that it was an English breakfast, This was not the case it was a hot buffet. If i had known these facts I would have booked another hotel.The room was good but it was on the forth floor.

Breakfast was good. dinning room clean and well presented. It would take roughly about 15 minutes to walk to the tour. Metro station no more than 3 minuites away. All in all location fairly good. Had a great stay.

Fomos atendidos em português pelo Jam, o que é bastante reconfortante para quem está a milhas de casa. O café da manhã é xcelente e a banheira é de grande valia para depois de um dia daqueles, de longa caminhada por Paris. O hotel oferece o equivalente ao preço da estadia. Recomendo.

Conveniently situated close by are shops Restaurants, and transport. Good value for money in the centre. No electric kettle! But very good breakfast! Bar in fridge. Floor heated and airconditioned. Neat!

The hotel is situated just couple minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The room was comfy and cleaned, bathroom was very tiny but for 1 or 2 nights it`d be ok. Breakfast was light and tasty.

The room was clean but very small with no drawer space. The shower was also very small and with no hot water on the last morning of our stay. The location was good and the staff were friendly.

excellent reception service - extra pillows and towels when asked only one drawback if taking breakfast after 9 am some foods not replenished as breakfast is advertised until 10 am but would gladly return

Hotel clean and comfortable, Breakfast is basic but plentiful. On arrival had to request extrapillows (none in room), 2 lights were u/s( requested bulbs which were supplied with no difficulty).No hot water available on one day. Staff very helpful and overall good value for the cost.

Stayed for three days whilst sightseeing. Despite reading a couple of poor reviews thought hotel `fine for the purpose`. Non-smoking room was kept neat - bedding and towels spotlessly clean. Adequate breakfast - but could have done with coffee making facilities in room. On first floor overlooking side road - but wasn`t noisy at all. Metro just around the corner - 10 mins. walk to Tower. Staff very helpful - even to the point of keeping our luggage safe until evening flight home. Would use again for `sightseeing purposes`, but obviously not a honeymoon!
