My wife and I along with our three children decided to go to bed at 22.00 and thats when the problems started. Unfortunately the night we where staying the place was full of ignorant people with no respect or thought for others. Kids were running up and down the long corridors shouting and at one point one of their fathers swearing at them at the top of his voice unfortunately it wasnt about their misbehaving. This was the start of a long long night, throughout the night people were running along the corridor and shouting and about one in the morning the room above my kids room or thats where it sounded it was coming from, started to play what i can only describe as air hockey, thats just what it sounded like, with all this going on my children where terrified and my seven year old daughter came into our room through the adjoining door and said she was scared so she then slept the night in bed with my wife and i.

At the front desk, Jane and Mark were very helpful throughout our stay. Gusto`s was very nice. We were lucky to get upgraded. The room was super.

The staff are exceptionally engaging, warm and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable especially the beds, I would like to class this establishment as: Luxurious value for money.

We stayed for 3 weeks in the Clarion hotel and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The rooms,bar and dining facilities were very good standard and there is a very good health club and swimming pool on site. What made our sty at the Clarion was definitely the staff. We felt very at home there and the staff were always very friendly and accommodating.We would definately recommend this hotelKarl

Very large hotel some 30 mins from Dublin city centre. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Had a great stay at this hotel, will definately spread the word and will be back when next in the Emerald Isle, staff very helpful, perfect for parents with young children, Contractors, business people and those of a certain age enjoying their retirement. I would recommend this Hotel

A little out of town, but buses stop right outside the hotel and the airport hopper picks up at reception.All the expected facilities and a good sized pool for guests. The only negative would be charging for car parking.

This was the only time I stayed at this hotel but would definitely come back. Very friendly staff. Rooms spotless and very comfortable. Housekeeping provided me with a phone charger as I forget my own - life saver. leisure center excellent. Quality breakfast. highly recommend this hotel

Recently returned from a weekend stay at the Clarion Liffey Hotel and would reccomend it.Rooms,hotel,swimming pool and facilties all to a very high standard and the staff were extremely helpful and efficient.

We had a wonderful stay at clarion hotel. Staff were friendly, facilities 4 adults plus children alike were great and the breakfast was delicious. The only problem we had which wasnt a major one was that we were going to have an evening meal in the hotel we couldn`t as the only restaurant available was an oriental one which food my 4 yr old wouldnt eat.

Great for all the family. So much going on for kids that you dont really need to leave the hotel. Then the shopping centre is within walking distance. Cant wait to go back.

Every member of staff encountered was friendly and helpful...considerate of every member of the family and very concerned with best customer experience. (Room service guy! Evan the barista! Reservations manager online) This more than makes up for slightly tired decor (understandable that things wear out quickly in such a deservably busy hotel). The location was perfectly convenient for the car traveller. Parking security was appreciated. Restaurant was chock a block but actually worth it. (Great idea distracting the kids with the ambling entertainer). Better info (maps/advice) re finding bus stops into city centre would be helpful. Free WiFi was excellent but needed it for that bus research! When upgrading please consider aircon or quieter fans and more modern movable showers on hoses are invaluable when hosing down small children! (Do hotel architects have kids?). I cannot believe the bargain I got for three days of such comfort and service. Thank you

Good place to stay. Excellent room, good leisure facilities, unfortunately had to queue for breakfast which was a little frustrating, recommend breakfast is taken before 10am. Staff were exellent and very polite.

Hotels facilities, staff, restaraunt, health suite all excellent. One and only drawback is the location. The Hotel is a little outside the city centre and is 25 to 30 mins on a bus or 20 minutes in a taxi.

Everything was brilliant and rooms were beautiful! Only issue was heat of rooms during the night made it difficult to sleep but a fan was provided in each room so this helped to cool it down :) Would definitely stay again :)

Got an upgrade to the suites for our annivarsery will definite be back again, the entertainment was brilliant in the bar aswell

You can make the most of the facilities around the hotel or choose to pay a little extra to take you into Dublin city for more nitelife, fantastic spot - I would stay again

The only thing I would say is I asked about a hoist into the swimming pool as my son is wheelchair bound and the receception lady rang the pool area and they confrmed they had one. When we arrived at the pool no one bothered to mention it at all and there was no sign of any equiptment to help him in the pool. However, the pool was expremely busy so my son wouldn`t get in. He sat at the side in his wheelchair to watch and after a while a lady came out and asked him if he needed help getting into the pool. It would have been nicer had the hoist already been available for when we arrived in order to avoid people being made to feel different.A side of this we really did enjoy our stay at the hotel.

This was our second visit to the Clarion in Liffey Valley and we all enjoyed it immensely. Our 10 year old son is an avid swimmer and loves the pool. And the hotel is next to an excellent thai restaurant Lemongrass and the Liffey Valley shopping centre which houses a Vue cinema and Eddie Rockets burger restaurant all favourite venues. Would definitely visit again as the location and facilities are next to none and the staff are excellent and very helpful.

Hotel staff very friendly from check in to checkout, nothing was a bother from directions to room to local shopping centre. Everyone seems very relax and smiling giving lots of helpful information like offers in the bar/restaurant for meals & drinks etc. Room was lovely good size with everything you need for overnight stay +++ water was really hot in the shower excellent really enjoyed that. Went to pool etc on Friday was great very quiet, Saturday was more busy with families but still enjoyable. Have already booked to go back and we stay in lots of hotels North and South diffinitely value for money and staff make it so much better than some other 5* we have stayed in.

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel... Large rooms very comfortable worth staying, would definetly stay here again.Highly recommended.
