I spent two nights in this hotel staying with my daughter, it was great value, really clean and in a good central location for getting about, Oxford street only a ten min walk and the tube handy for getting all over london. Would recommend to anyone !

A very annonymous place, desk staff were fuctionally efficient but not particularly friendly or especially helpful. The allocated room (50) was clean but very cramped and with two people it was crowded. However the hotel is convenient for the Palladium Theatre but we will probably not choose this hotel again

We found the hotel Basic but very clean , good location .Breakfast continental but plentiful .If you just want a bed and base this is a good hotel .

the room was clean and basic.the location is brilliant as it`s a couple of minutes from regeant street.there is a pub at the end of the road so it was alittle noisy outside late on and i dont think it helped as our room was on the ground floor.staff were really polite.if you are looking for luxury it`s not for you.

Reception staff were helpful and friendly and provided excellent information - even printing out bus directions. Room clean - with character - squeaky floors! Staff at breakfast attentive and helpful. Will certainly stay here again.

Considering the prices of hotels in London this was quite reasonable and was better than I thought it would be. Room was very comfortable although the bathrooms could do with a refurb. The choice at breakfast was a little limiting, it would have been nice to have had some fresh fruit and cold meats but it was ok. Hotel was in a fairly good location for getting around but was nice and quiet at the same time. All in all I thought it was pretty decent and would go again.

Good value for money and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Staff welcoming and very friendly. This is my second stay and i would certainly stay again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

Good location, good continental breakfast (as much as you wanted) and hotel was clean and the staff were friendly enough. I read a few reviews before I left home and they were a mixed bag, so was a little concerned, but I personally found everything fine. May be needs a little updating though.

the hotel is convenienly located near to a main road but very quiet. the rooms were clean and spacious with tea & coffee making facilties. the hot water went off late evening but the problem was resolved by the morning. the continental breakfast was quite adequate and the staff friendly and efficient. i would consider staying there on my next visit tol london. the price per night for a twin room was very reasonable.

Nice bath but the shower didn`t work. One milk carton in room was mouldy. Limited choice for breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room was clean and spacious.

Booked three rooms, one was a bit smaller, alternative offered, issue resolved in two minutes.T.V. remote batteries were dead, informed receptionist, new remote at the door in three minutes. (Did she run up the stairs?)Would use again no problem

Ideal location for sightseeing in London. 10min walk to Marylebone station. Breakfast was very good no waiting.

24hour service was useful As our arrival at the hotel was delayed.Breakfast was ample and fresh. The room wasadequate but not comfortable. Tv hanging dangerously off the wall . Situation and the ability to get to centre of London good.

Room was adequate for our needs although toilet and bathroom facilities very dated and beds made with itchy blankets which did not make for a comfortable night`s sleep - in fact all three of us slept dreadfully, duvets would have been so much better - it was a noisy hotel, we could hear people moving around above us and toilets flushing at night also echoed in our room, sleep was also not helped by major building works taking place at the back of the BBC building at the end of the street. It was nice and central to the areas we needed to reach though. Continental breakfast was okay, but since it was cold and wet when we were there I rather wish I had secured a hotel which served full English too. Sorry to appear negative, but I am sure you would rather have honest feedback. The people working there were very lovely though.

Shower was only warm one morning. Can hear the underground through the structure.

Situated in a fantastic location, only a 5 minute walk from Oxford Circus. The room was pretty much what i expected from a 3 star hotel. Very spacious, very clean and all necessary en suite facilities. The breakfast was fine with enough to choose from and the receptionists were very polite and helpful.

PARTY OF 8 ALL ENJOYED THE STAY , GOOD LOCATION AND VERY PLEASED WITH THE HOTEL.

nice clean spacious room but was really cold...radiator blocked by another bed....only thin sheet/cover on bed [no blankets]. PLEASE sort your heating out - read comments on Trip Advisor - every customer says the same thing!!

COLD - hot water took 10 mins to warm up to tepid, needed to sit with blankets and still cold, furniture not conducive to relaxation, uncomfortable, swithcing on a lamp blew the fuse, otherwise staff were friendly and helpful; good location, nice space, quiet but central - fifteen mins to theatre land - just go in the summer!

We walked through the front door to the Hotel and almost tripped over the curled up square of off-cut carpet that was left there. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We looked in the bathroom in our room and the first impression was that the bath was very dirty. We eventually realised that the plastic bath was old and cracked, very disappointing for a room at the price we paid for it. The water pressure from the showerhead was very poor and more like a dribble than a flow. The separate toilet had an old fashioned cistern and the hinges on the back of the toilet seat were filthy dirty. The rest of the room was adequate. There were many foreign visitors staying in the Hotel, it would be a shame if they shared our experiences and left England with the impression that all of England is the same.

Hi H.D.R Sorry but not a good break. The tickets as promised were supposed to be the good seats for the show,they were top seats i grant you, i could touch the bloody ceiling. ruined the show, too far away, by the time the sound reachedus the next song had started.The Hotel had no soap or shampoo did`t expect to have to go shopping for that. I thought the circus had arrived 03.00ambut thankfully it was only a family of elephants in the room above.(mind you i did see a bearded lady serving breakfast)needless to say we checked out after one day.we will be very reluctant to trust you again. Hotel possible not your fought but crap tickets for the show are.I don`t expect a response, but your feedback can be used in my business which is customer services run. regards Stephen Truby
