This hotel is simpy stunning. The breakfast buffet is amongst the best on offer. It was hot in Paris and the airconditioned rooms offered quiet and pleasant refuge. Tea and coffee is the only thing lacking in the beautifully decorated rooms.

The location of the hotel was excellant and really was a stones-throw away from the Champs Elyses. Beautiful Decor and excellant sevice from the staff and cleanlines was first rate. Breakfast was also superb with a vast aray of food catering for most tastes. However, the room was very niosy due to sound coming from other rooms and floors such as the sound of showers, doors shutting and loos flushing, especially anoying during the night to the extent that I had to go to a local pharmacy to buy ear-plugs! As previously stated, the stay was spoilt by the managers attitude regarding getting a cab for us back to the station (Gard Du Nord) stating that local cab companys only wanted to go to the airports. Having stayed in Paris many times I know this is not the case and I do not expect to leave a 4 star hotel and have to have a hotel porter drag my bags through the streets of Paris to the local taxis rank.

Great Hotel in a perfect location, for restaurants and sightseeing.

The rooms are small but the decor and service are excellent and you cannot beat its location; close to the Arc and the Champs Elysees and all that the Golden Triangle offers in terms of restaurants, shows and shops.

Have stayed here twice and would do so again.

Air conditioning was not turned on yet-we had to open windows to cool off room which made us subject to street noise.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Good breakfast, mini-bar cheaper for beer than nearby cafe bars on Champs-Elysee, nice rooms but a little bit cramped the one we were in. Would go back again.

We found the Francois Premier to be a friendly well situated hotel.The first room we had was a bit on the small side with no sitting area but after asking to be moved we got a slightly larger room but with no door on the bathroom !!!! The breakfasts are first class with a fantastic choice.I would certailnly recommend the hotel and stay there again two muinutes walk to George 5th metro station.

Service outstanding 24 hours, accommodation very tasteful, comfortable and clean, breakfast plentiful and of a high quality. location of this hotel is superb but in the most expensive area for eating out. We will certainly recommend and use this hotel again. Staff always extremely friendly and helpful and speak good english.

A wonderful weekend spent at Francois 1er.The facilities are 1st class, the staff are efficient and extremely hospitable and the overall ambience of the hotel is luxurious and welcoming.

I have stayed in Paris a number of times but this is the best hotel I have ever had. A little expensive but well worth the money and the location is superb. Dont stay anywhere else!!

The welcome was delightful, as was the decor. But the room was tiny.

My wife, my 1 year old daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and were very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. All of our requests were fulfilled and with a smile! If I ever go to Paris again I will definitely book at Francois Premier.Exceptional!

Excellent location 2 minute walk from George 5th metro station & very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpfull. They returned an item that we had left in the room when we returned to collect our baggage before leaving. All in all highly recomended.

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff and management could not have made us more welcome. Continental breakfast was first class with a hot buffet for those who wanted something extra.The decor throughout the hotel was classically French. Our room was opulant.The situation of the Francois Premier is such that you can visit the Arc de Triomphe, The Louvre, and The Eiffel Tour within minutes.I will definitely return.

the hotel was great, well maintained internally spot on. the location was 1st class as was the hotel staff. In fact they were very friendly, well mannered and could not do enough for us.breakfast was also very good and the fact that it went on until 11.00am was a bonus.I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Paris

Great hotel and couldn`t fault it except that we felt it was somewhat overpriced, even with the special rate! For example, room service was very restricted hours, and hardly any television choice in english, except vastly expensive movies that could be bought. Perhaps it is because of the location in the Champs Elysses, but we felt that you could have expected a little bit more for your money.

Located just off rue de champs elyses and a couple of minutes from the metro george V on the main line 1 francois premier is a superb hotel with friendly staff who are always willing to help. Just round the corner is a small cosy french restaurant le tarquet which serves traditional food at reasonable fare. Overall a great place to stay and will definately return again!

Beatiful but small room, with a touch of luxury. Breakfast excellent and waiting staff superb. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

First trip to Paris. Hotel Francois 1er easy to find in a great location only a couple of minutes walk from the Champs -Elysees. Smallish but very well appointed rooms - very pleasant helpful staff - very good varied buffet breakfast.All-in-all a perfect hotel to explore the city - would recommend to anyone.Dont know whether the 3 nights for 2 rate was a "one-off" but certainly if normally available it makes for a fantastic week-end break.Thanks for your help RegardsSimon Pascoe

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Francois Premier & would highly recommend the hote to all.Having travelled extensively on business and leisure around the world this hotel is very hard to beat for what it can offer.40 rooms makes the hotel not too big but has the feel of a top quality 5 Star hotel.The location is fantastic with every feature of Paris so close to the hotel either by foot, metro or bus .

Very nice hotel just of the champs elleseyes with helpful staff.We had a problem as we booked a single room and a double but the hotel claimed an error had occured resulting in a couple and a granparent sharing a double room.We were given an upgrade and promised another room would be found the next day but this only occured when i had to push the staff.I would highly recommend the hotel and to book in advance as we saved £1200 and had breakfast inclued which was also really good.

Lovely hotel. We had 2 rooms and each room beautifully decorated in different French style. Nice, cozy, little boutique hotel.

Friendly, helpful and child-friendly. They were all very good with our children particularly our 2 year old. Should have hair conditioner in bathrooms along with other toiletries, but our only true disappointment was that we paid for 2 double interconnecting rooms and they have no interconnecting rooms whatsoever! This should have been highlighted at the time of my request as we ended up settling for the cheaper option of one triple but had no money refunded!

The location of this hotel, so close to Arc de Triumph , is superb. Every staff member was extremely helpful and courteous. The bedrooms are slightly on the small side but this is more than compensated for by all of the other factors. I would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend it.

Classy hotel in a smart part of town. Rooms were not too small and well furnished. Hotel staff were really friendly - breakfast is great too!

For the tourist, the location of this hotel is great, very close to Champs Elysees and metro for exploring further afield. Walkable to River Seine and Eiffel Tower. Rooms were very comfortable with excellent breakfast, - bit more than continental - provided - ideal start for busy days - very pleasant staff in breakfast room. Not much contact with any other staff apart from on arrival. Sweets left on beds at night time appreciated by 10 year old.
