Perfect location 10min walk from Leicester Square. Very very clean 5min walk from Charing Cross station to the hotel.

Some confusion over tea and coffee in the room but other than that very nice and would return.

Perfectly OK, but nothing special. I was surprised to find, arriving in mid afternoon after a long journey, that no food was available. The bar staff`s response to my request, suggested that I was naive to assume that it was the function of a hotel to provide guests with anything to eat except when it suited them. Not impressive.

Was in a prime location hotel great for catering for party of 3. Staff were helpful and friendly.

you can`t get much more central than this hotel, out the hotel turn left then left around the corner to horse guards, parade, Downing Street and Big Ben. A the 10 min walk to Buckingham palace. Walk to the right and 10 min walk to Covent Garden. Hotel was clean, kitchenette in room great. Staff very helpful. Will visit again.

Stayed in the hotel with my daughter while we watched a show and did some sightseeing. Was really impressed with the hotel considering the low room rate ( in comparison to other london prices ). The room its self was spacious and modern and the location was fantastic. We were in the hotel for such a short time that i cant really comment on any of the other facilities, however we will definitely use the hotel again.

Perfect hotel perfect location

The Club Quarters are in a great location easy to get to. Unfortunately our room had lots of little flaws, was very dark, not well laid out and we wouldn`t go back again. It`s never nice to throw open your curtains to see another window a few yards away and not even a glimpse of the sky.

This was by far the best hotel on my trip so far, have stayed in about 10 hotels. Exceptional facilities that I have not seen in any other hotel, free Wifi, laundrette, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend. Thank you hotel direct for finding this

The only negative is that before my stay I called the hotel and arranged for a chilled bottle of wine to be available on our arrival in the room, as it was my wife`s birthday. The wine was not in the room at the time I thought it would arrive sometime it did not, within about an hour we went out for dinner. When I checked out I mentioned the wine situation, the lady apologised she said a note was made on my reservation but obviously it was not actioned.

Great hotel good room had upgrade as it as our honeymoon wine and welcome basket left in room nice touch .

We were well greeted and looked after, the room was worthy of 4 star rating, clean, comfortable bed and everything we needed.

We stayed for a Saturday night. Staff were all very pleasant and everything went smoothly.

The hotel was an easy two minutes walk from Charing Cross Station and easy to find, just a few yards up Northumberland Avenue. Check in was quick and painless, the room was adequate size, tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean. The only minor blip we had was a power cut for a few seconds which knocked out the TV Service. when we phoned reception to enquire about getting the TV service back, they were very apologetic, explained that it would be back within half an hour and gave us a free complimentary breakfast. Overall, I was impressed by the level of customer service, the attention to detail and the quality of the food.

Clean and tidy. Liked the water chiller. Would of liked to have a real spoon for the tea and coffee.Was unsure of breakfast was inculed or not as this was a gift.
