The hotel was very good. staff were friendly and helpful. would stay again.

unfortunately only two sachets of milk left per day yet severall sachets of tea and coffee the facecloths were taken on the first day and not replaced and the lady serving in the bar insisted i go back to my room to get the card which said with a glass of pink champagne we could have a salmon apetizer as a gift as she didnt know what i was talking about this i did and went back to the bar to be served by a very nice man who did not question it and served us and made us feel very welcome watched by the lady who had made me feel very uncomfortable however the hotel was very lovely and the remainder of the staff very obliging and i would stay again yours sincerely lynda edwards

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable room even though a bit tight on the sachets of milk in the room (and where were the biscuits?). So many places to eat in central London that didn`t eat in the hotel. Only downside was lack of car parking facilities at the hotel and £40 per night in the local car park was a bit steep.

The Club Q Trafalgar Sq is a lovely hotel if not a bit pricey. We stayed in a five star hotel the following night in Canary Warf for a fraction of the price! I suppose we were paying for the location which is very convenient to the West End and shopping etc. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone and would definately stay there again.

Arrived after midnight from the theatre. Immediate check-in from friendly staff member and room and facilities excellent. Bar, coffee shop and lounge looked very welcoming next morning but had to hastily continue wifes retail therapy so didn`t experience it. Would thoroughly recommend.

The room was bright and had eveything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable We paid extra for breakfast which was excellent . The hotel was great. The staff helpful and polite. We would defintely book again.

Highly recommended on the web site by previous guests we found this hotel disappointing. To be fair the room was clean warm and had a good facilities. The receptionists were helpful and pleasant to deal with, but the hotel was dingly and the room decor very old fashioned. Ouside it was a beautiful Spring day, but in the Grand all was seventies gloom. We would use it again for short stays but there are better brighter places to stay in London.

A stones throw from trafalger square, the position is fantastc, the hotel is beautiful as are the rooms, it was such good value we wondered what the catch was, we didn`t find one!

A beautiful hotel. My son and I were really impressed. Really central for all the main tourist attractions. Room was first class and it was great to have a microwave in the room!! The only down side was the price of a single glass of wine! We had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay, they really think of everythng to make your stay really enjoyable. Definitely stay there again.

This hotel is in a superb position just a few minutes walk from Charing Cross station. The only problem is the small reception area which quickly gets congested at busy times. Apart from that I cannot fault the hotel and would certainly use it again.

Honestly can`t praise this hotel enough. I realise I only stayed there the one night, Friday 5th March 2010, but everything was 1st class. Firstly the hotel`s location is superb, right on Trafalgar Sq, ideal for central London and it`s attractions. Secondly the room was great, large enough, clean and modern and finally the staff were really helpful and very friendly. Overall top quality, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and i intend to stay there the next time I visit London.

Bed was really comfortable, room good, nice to have a hairdryer with a long lead so you could comfortably use it in front of the mirror. Availability of cold water/ice really appreciated.

Very clean, quick check in, friendly and efficient staff. Loveley rooms and Iiked the little touches such as the filtered water supply! We will, without doubt, book again!

Lovely and clean, well equipped, great location and a fabulous brasserie, fantastic.

We only stayed one night at the Hotel but we were very impressed. A lovely room,very comfortable queensize beds and a lovely modern shower room. Excellent location in Trafalgar Square and Savoy Theatre only a few mins walk away. We would recommend this Hotel and happily stay there again.

Would definitely stay their again, howver the heating control was not easy to operate and even though it is winter, the room became quite hot. No complaints, though, if you want to be in the heart of the city, it is a great hotel at reasonable rates.

Bathroom had only a shower cubicle. There were no tissues in the bathroom and no shower cap.

Very nice, clean rooms. We were very happy! Excellent idea ith self service tea, cofees ect... Staff were very friendly and help full. Since we left in a hurry Im afraid we left some items in room 404 over the past weekend, 29th-31st Jan. If soo I would be greatful if you kept them for me to collect in the near future. Over all we loved your hotel and would use in the future.

When we arrived at hotel they could not trace our booking which was quite embarrasing. After some time the manager was called and the situation was resolved. Not very impressive!

We have used the Club Quarters now for two short stay theatre breaks and have no complaints. The hotel is ideally situated for theatres and dining. However do not take breakfast in the attached restaurant (much too expensive) Wetherspoons round the corner is excellent value.

Super location for sightseeing base for London and for visiting the tourist attractions and theatres. The new restaurant was still in construction stage so that should be worth seeing when completed. I found the hotel to be excellent on all counts and would most definitely consider returning in the future. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious and we had a family room for our children which was just right. Only issue was that family room and our own room was not closer together. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Efficient reception and Check out - Breakfast place is far from cosy - Breakfast itself is far from the normal standards. To be review.
