I stayed 2 nights at the 34B. Room was clean and comfortable, Bathroom was clean, a decent size and with a great shower. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the self-service bar for drinks and snacks was open most of the day and evening. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely look to go back there when I next go to Paris. The hotel is a very easy 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord.

The outside was getting renovated at time of visit, hopefully they will do internal as it is looking a bit tired! The staff very helpful. Room seemed a bit pricey considering it was a small one. Not much space in room, very little storage space. However I would stay again.

Good hotel and excellent location. I only wanted a basic room as knew I would be spending most of my time exploring the streets of Paris. Great location as was able to walk to the hotel from Gare Du Nord train station. And then was able to walk to great places such as the Louvre, Notre Dame, Centre Pompidiou and Sacoeur. And when I wanted to get the metro to see the Eiffel Tower or Arc De Triomph, Grands Boulevards metro station is a 2 minute walk from hotel. Also hotel is near plenty of decents bars, cafes and restaurants. Overall, if you want a good location so your in the centre of Paris and can easily get to the famous landmarks, and your not too fussy about having a swimming pool or 5 star michelin service! This hotel is for you.

Good location, pleasant staff, functional but basic room. As we expected.

Ok room standard but the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything our neighbors were doing, especially slamming doors

Excellent stay, very close to the city centre.Bedroom was comfortable, very peaceful at night.Would of tried breakfast but too pricey!Staff very friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean.

great location, helpful staff, nice room, lots of restaurants nearby. excellent value for money. breakfast is pretty expensive at 12 Euros but easy to find breakfast elsewhere

this is the sixth visit to this hotel and our rooms on the fifth floor were not as good as previously but very clean and hotel staff are excellent and friendly

The rooms were clean and well card for. The Reception staff were extremely helpful, but there were some problems at at breakfast.There seemed to be a shortage of cups and cutlery. In general the staff seemed to find it hard to keep up with the guests requirements.

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 days and found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Our ensuite room was large and very clean, equpped with a large TV and air conditioning; the shower/bathroom was also very clean and well equipped.We found the location of the hotel gave easy access to all the main tourist attractions in Paris. Very highly recommended

Could not have chosen a more centrally located hotel lots of restaurants and night life. clsoe to all forms of transport. The room a bit small but considering the amount of time spent in it did the job. Would definetly stay there again clean tidy staff friendly and helpful.

The Beregere Opera was a good choice for visiting Paris. It was very close to Metro stations and lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and facilities good. Staff were helpful. We would definitely recommend it and stay there agian ourselves in the future.

This hotel was very good, our only real criticism being that the room was too hot and this could not be adjusted solved by opening the window!. Very clean, room small but well fitted, very good breakfast. We stayed three nights for an anniversary and would use the hotel again.

Bergere Opera is part of the Best Western hotel empire so you can expect a reasonably comfortable stay. Very close to the centre and just far enough away at the same time. A walkable distance to shops and the river aswell as 1 minute from the metro which is always a bonus if you know where you wanna go. Breakfast is included for all guests which wasn`t advertised on the site and the room was also slightly better than in the pics. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside is that the breakfast doesn`t include your traditional English sausages and bacon etc. but I guess you are in Paris here and not London.

Excellent location for sightseeing. Hotel very clean and bedroom good size for Paris standards, reception staff helpful and pleasant. Only problem was breakfast when the staff struggled to provide enough crockery and on most mornings hotel seemed to be short of bread for toasting, croissants and cooked ham. Breakfast staff urgently require training to react to requirements of guests.

Reception staff on arrival were wonderful, sorting a minor problem (nothing to do with the hotel) straight away. The room was clean, but smaller than the photos, and the chaimbermaid did a good job. my only problem was trying to get aa cup of tea on Sunday afternoon when the reception staff was `too busy`, spoiling what had otherwise been a very pleasant stay.
