Ideally situated opposite St Pancras. No problem with noise despite busy spot. Lovely breakfast included. Would return

Lovely hotel in a perfect position for getting around London. Room fairly basic but very clean and ideal for our needs. All staff on reception were really friendly. Only small complaint is that we were told that the hotel bar was open 24 hours a day, however when we arrived there at 1am we were told that we could could order one round of drinks only as they were about to close. That did put a small dampener on our night as if we had known this was the case we would have stayed out in town longer. Opening hours should be honest. A shame as we could not have faulted the rest of our stay.

Extremely friendly staff in this little boutique hotel. Rooms good if not spectacular. Breakfast excellent and lots of choice. I`ll use this hotel again.

Spacious, well equiped,extremley clean room and en suite, with all the comforts. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Extremley convinient for St Pancras Station. I will defenetly stay there again.

What a lovely friendly hotel .... The management go out there way to make your stay very comfortable ... The food is excellent.. The location is perfect .... Opposite is Kings Cross underground and railway and also St Pancras underground .... We bought an all day train pass costing £7.00 which was a good deal. It was a perfect weekend ...

Clean, modern room. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Changed our room when they realised one of our party was disabled and provided disabled chair for shower. Would stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others

Everything was lovely until we went for breakfast. Full english was expensive as the sausages were cold and solid. Black pudding was NOT cooked. We should have complained as it cost us almost 40pounds. A very disappointing part of an otherwise nice weekend.

Can`t fault this hotel in anyway, it has a brilliant location opposite Kingscross St Pancras tube station, so ideal for hoping on and off the tube. The hotel it self was fantastic, down to the friendly staff at reception to the room we had on the sixth floor. For a hotel in the heart of London the room was extremely quiet. The bedroom itself was large, airy and perfect for three adults. Large bathroom with complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, fridge and safe. I can honestly say I will definitely be making a return visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in London.

Hotel was clean and was in a good position for Kings Cross Railway Station Although a hair dryer was supplied there was not a mirror anywhere near making drying hair a bit of a problem Towels and bed linen were very clean and white

I had seen hotel photos an thought I would like decor was not disappoint , clean , modern, interesting features including living walls ,great use of interesting material walls floors furniture, would stay there again any time if it was available and providing price remains good ,.location fab love getting of train and being in my hotel with in minutes . very helpful and friendly staff, stayed in apartment 3, which was fantastic! amazing shower! just across the road from kings cross and st. pancras so very conveniant, but still got a good nights sleep due to comfy bed and quiet street. really hope to visit again.

Would stay again, although the air conditioning was not working in the room and the lift was out of action. Great location, very handy for eurostar.

Little things like, no hotel noise with doors banging. Bathroom very clean and loads of room in monsoon shower. Staff very friendly, cute little courtyard to sit outside but inside. And a bowl of sweeties in reception yum.

The hotel is conveniently located if you need an easy access to railway or tube. It is also very clean, whilst modern interior design facilitates comfortable stay. Some nice Irish pubs nearby might constitute a welcome alternative to rather pricey hotel restaurant food.

A very nice hotel. Great room and quiet too. Restaurant prices for breakfast meant that we went elsewhere but otherwise all good.

We come to London 2/3 times per year. each time a different hotel. Some good, some average, some right turkeys. This is the best one yet. We can only fault was the expresso machine which does not vend very hot coffee. Rooms are big, they are well equiped, (hairdryer, iron + board, safe, fridge, 3 seats, work space, etc), the beds are comfy, TV is a proper size, wake up call was on time, staff were efficent and friendly, it was clean, modern and in very good condition. The shower is magical, and the compliamentary bottled water, milk and newspaper were appreciated. Will try to book here again next time. Finally it is very competitively priced and superbly locarted. You will not be disappointed here.

After ordering a drink and a meal to be taken in the bar, I was served quickly and the food was fine. I had finished my Gin and Tonic relatively quickly but no one came to ask if I required another drink which I would have ordered. I finished my food and, despite trying to attract the attention of either of the bar staff, I sat for 15 minutes and no one came near me to clear my plate or ask if I would like a dessert. I realise that there was a party of young women at the other end of the bar which seemed to monopolise their attention. In the end I got up and left the bar and probably could have walked out of the hotel without paying, but I spoke to the reception staff, who I had found extremely friendly and helpful and who later brought the bill to my room to be signed. I was very disappointed to be treated in such a disinterested and unfriendly fashion as the hotel is attractive and so well placed for St Pancras.

We booked room only as part of a theatre break. The hotel is directly facing Kings Cross station which makes it within a tube ride of central London. The room was quite small for three adults but the beds were clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a power shower, though no bath. There was a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and iron/board. There is also free wifi, tv etc. Although located on a busy road it was quiet enough with the windows closed. We didn`t sample any food but there were many restaurants and cafes near the hotel which we used for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage on arrival and checkout. Very enjoyable stay.

Could hardly be more convenient for Eurostar and for other Kings Cross / St Pancras routes. Modern clean rooms with modern bathrooms. Adjoining restaurant serves well cooked and presented food with individual menus each day. Would use it again if in that part of London.

A shelf in bathroom to hold toiletries etc would be great help . A lovely hotel , rooms spacious , staff lovely , location excellent .
