All of the 108 air conditioned bedrooms at the hotel are styled in a simple contemporary style and feature a flat screen TV, work desk, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and free Wi-Fi internet access. Guests can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast that includes the famous pastéis de nata every morning in the bright and airy breakfast room, or enjoy a relaxing drink in the hotel bar after a long day exploring the city. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant there are a number of dining options within a few minutes` walk of the hotel.

Situated in the quiet suburb of Alfragide the 3* Holiday Inn Express is just a 15 minute drive from Lisbon city centre. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it a great location from which to explore the city and the surrounding countryside. The National Palace of Sintra is a 20 minute drive away, this world heritage site offers tranquil gardens as well as the original Moorish castle which dates back to the Middle Ages. Also worth a visit are the Orient Museum which contains exhibits celebrating the trade between Portugal and the Far East and the parish of Santa Maria de Belém where you can explore Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastry both of which are within a 30 minute drive of the hotel. Guests looking to do some shopping can catch the bus in to central Lisbon or visit the Alegro Centre which is just a 10 minute walk away.

Comment arriver :

BY CAR: From the Airport at the roundabout Praca do Aeroporto, take the 3rd exit to Av.Almirante Gago Coutinho and continue along. At the 2nd crossroad turn right to Av.Estados Unidos da America and continue along (into the tunnel). At Entrecampos roundabout take the 3rd exit to Av.Republica and continue along to Marques de Pombal. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit to Av.Liberdade and turn on the 1st right to Alexandre Herculano Street. After 200 meters the Hotel is on your right side.
BY SUBWAY: The nearest station is Marques de Pombal. Leave the Subway Station Marques de Pombal and head south on Liberdade Avenue. Turn right on Alexandre Herculano Street and the hotel will be on the right hand side after 200m.
