The Hotel has 118 bedrooms all decorated in rich, warm tones. All rooms are equipped with Freeview televisions, wireless internet, telephone, trouser press, desk, in-room safe, tea/coffee making facilities. Air-conditioning is in every room. The AA 2 Rosette award winning Dining Room at The Oakley Court, run by Head Chef Michael Mealey, serves contemporary British cuisine, in the elegant splendour of the main mansion or on the terrace with great views of the river. The Lounge and Cocktail bar serve light snacks and refreshments, and a delicious afternoon tea.

Hôtel et situation :

Built in 1859 and on the banks of the Thames with access to its own private stretch of the river, the 4*Oakley Court is a fine example of Victorian Gothic architecture is set in 37 acres of gloriously landscaped English gardens. Close to Windsor it has a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, croquet lawn and boathouse with boats for hire. During World War II the hotel is believed to have been used as the English Headquarters of the French Resistance and more recently as a backdrop for many films including The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The hotel was also very proud to host the Team GB Canoeing Sprint and Rowing Teams during the 2012 London Olympic Games. Three miles from the hotel takes you to Legoland, whilst Thorpe Park and Hampton Court are 10 miles away. With these superb facilities, as well as an indoor pool and a AA 2 Rosette award winning restaurant, the Oakley Court has it all.

Comment arriver :

BY ROAD: (From London) Exit junction 6 off the M4. Follow the dual carriageway towards Windsor. Take the first sliproad on the left and then take the 2nd exit at the roundabout following the A308 towards Maidenhead. Keep going past Windsor Racecourse and the Hotel is approximately 2.5 miles on the right.
BY ROAD: (From North)Exit junction 8/9 off the M4 and follow signs for Maidenhead Central A308M. At the roundabout follow signs for the A308 Windsor. The hotel is approximately 2.5 miles on the left.
BY RAIL: Get the Paddington Thames Valley line from Paddington to Slough. From Slough station a taxi takes 10 minutes and costs roughly £10.
