The staff were lovely as well as.the service ... well impressed, highly recommended

Had a very nice few days at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant was pleasant, food good and reasonably priced. It is a busy hotel and staff were helpful.

Convenient for Kings Cross, very comfortable rooms with good facilities, breakfast was generous and tasty. Friendly helpful staff and good check in/check out times.

Good size rooms, bedding & bathroom very clean. Nice eating area and breakfast included everything you could ask for. All the staff were polite and helpful. Lovely little pool, ideal for a gentle swim and use of the spa facilities was good (£3.50 charge) would definitely recommend this hotel. Location also close to King`s Cross station so very central.

When travelling over 300 miles , offering to pay extra to secure parking, which was refused would probably stop me from booking here again, lack of parking and refusal to accept booking for parking although I offered to pay double , up front, is very poor, would put me off staying again

Hotel was lovely the breakfast was excellent but paid £210 for the room with no breakfast, has to upgrade breakfast at a fee of £30 on top of the room charge. The closest tube station is about 20 minute walk. We only had one dressing gown in double room and took over an hour to bring it after the second phone call

Ideally situated for a theatre visit,quiet location,excellent service.Will stay again when visiting London.

Hotel had two half eaten cake in the fridge when we opened it the fan did not work in the bathroom so was disappointed as it cost a lot of money

I didn`t expect to pay extra for a swim, every hotel I have stayed in is provided without extra cost.

No Gordons Gin, no Smirnof Vodka available, the Beer was not of a good variety. The Spirits available were of cheap brands at high prices.

Room not cleaned properly. Carpet needed hoovered. Bed not changed over 3 days.? Bath too small. Restricted with fixed shower screen.,

The hotel is really nice and clean. Pool is relaxing! The restaurant Belgo downstairs is amazing! Will def come again

Pleasant stay in the hotel rooms clean

We had 1 night room only - room was ready on arrival well before check in time. Twin room had 2 double beds, all the usual facilites. We used the spa which was really nice & had pre-booked treatments. I was enrolled in IHG club so had complimentary late checkout. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the nearest tube (Kings Cross or Farringdon) and there isn`t much around the hotel although some pubs/shops 5-10 mins away. Breakfast over priced so we used the Bloom bar for tea & pastries.

Although further out than we thought the hotel is very nice and we had a very pleasant overnight stay

The hotel is in a handy location, main station & tube a 10 minute walk away. Clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, the shower was amazing. Breakfast was buffet style and had plenty to choose from. We will use this hotel again and would recommend to others.

Good stay, leisure facilities an extra cost and very busy but room was lovely and staff helpful.

Visited for our 20th wedding anniversary. Well looked after and a room upgrade. Comfy bed and excellent breakfast.

Nice room although neither the bathroom extractor or bedside reading lights worked. The swimming pool was out of action too.

We had a mid week break, husband 2 teenage kids n myself beautiful clean room, everything we needed. Staff were friendly and attentive, couldn`t ask for more. We will definitely return.

You should state that the swimming pool is part of a private club and that it is not free for guesses to use. Guesses can use it at an additional cost

Although we literally used the hotel to rest our heads and store our bags we found the room clean and the reception staff kind and accomodating.

We had a room for 4 adults but it was set up for 2 re towels tea coffee etc and we had to ring for more especially coat hangers only 2 in wardrobe

Great hotel rooms clean and modern.We didn`t eat or use the hotels facilities as we were only in London for one night. Staff friendly would definitely stay again
