Easy to get to from underground.staff friendly and helpful.rooms immaculate and cleaned every day.breakfasts terrific - huge choice,bistro limited menu,not as good as breakfast but open all night along with bar.would definitely recommend this hotel.
Rooms are fantastic. Clean and well equipped bathrooms. Concierge very helpful. Bar open late for good range of reasonably priced drinks. I will definitely be using this hotel again. Only 10 minute bus ride to Liverpool Street.
Room very clean and comfortable. Perhaps the 1 night room rate could be cheaper for the weekend. Only wanted a comfortable bed for the night but needed to be in Shoreditch area. Breakfast was nice but chaotic with people pushing and shoving to get their toast! Had to wait for croissants as they were heated in batches and then they were all gone as soon as they had been taken into the restaurant.
The Hotel is noisy at night parking at £20 as an extra i wasn`t happy about. the tube is a 15 min walk not 5 as it says on the web page. On checking in the guy on reception couldn`t make him self understood as his English was poor.

A lovely Hotel with a high standard of cleanliness and service. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms kept spotless and Breakfast very good. Location - well a 10-15minute stroll from the underground(Bethnal Green) which normally wouldnt be an issue but if like us you have spent the day walking around the London sights this may be a little daunting. Overall we wouldnt hesitate to recomend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London.

Reception were both friendly and helpful but they had no idea how to get to the Thames cruises. The area is rundown but we had no security problems.
Nice hotel, ten minute walk to the nearest Tube station was a little too far to be really handy for central London
Hotel quite a distance from the theatre we were travelling to. However once we worked out the transport system things were fine. The staff were very helpful. The rooms exceptionally clean with all the things required to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was great.
As it is a fairly new hotel, everything was clean and tidy. Rooms were more than adequate, the staff were friendly and helpful and the full English breakfast was excellent. On the downside, it is a little bit cut off from the Underground - a fair walk through not the most salubrious streets of the city. Overall, very good
A colleague and myself stayed for 2 nights 22-23rd of April 10 (business). The room was clean and comfortable although quite noisy as it faced the road. There was a problem with movie viewing we were unable to get this facility despite calling reception for help. We were told that a call had been made but nothing was resolved. Breakfast was ok and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good choice for our needs.
Good hotel, excellent rooms, clean, and spacious. Restaurant on site great for breakfasts , in adeequate evening meals(very small portions) £ pieces of southern fried chicken drumsticks and 4 potato wedges (£9.99) Sevice of waiting staff excellent. Cleaning staff very helpful. Needs to revise check in procedures. Gave us a key off we went couldnt get in, went back to reception, wait 2 minutes, went back still couldnt get in, cleaner helped us, told it would take 5 minutes to go through computer system. On checking out ordered taxi, and taki came, hotel didnt tell us. We went to reception asked where taxi was , told to wait in reception. Taxi was outside 20 minutes, we were inside 20 minutes. Could have been more organised. Rooms very clean, and bathroom, credit to cleaner. Waiting staff in restaurant some of the friendliest, helpful and efficient I have ever found
Unfortunately- My mother became ill with Gastroenteritis-Vomiting and diarrhoea-we had to leave the Hotel- after 1 night-we were booked for 3 nights-my father was with us aswell. we also has tickets for Mama mia- so it was all a bit of a disaster-we didnt see either of the shows-we left the tickets to both shows with reception- also we were not told that parking would be an extra £20 per night.The hotel wouldnt give us a refund and told us to contact you.- I await your reply.Yours sincerely-Dr Jones.

Hotel room could have done with better glazing to reduce noise. The staff and the service were excellant. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to use the hotel again.

Again as above we were wondering whether it would be too far out from the west end. But the hotel and where it is situated are ideal for theatre breaks. I will certainly use it again
The bar prices were a litte high but being a visitor to London we don`t know if that is average bar prices.
The hotel was lovely & very clean. The food was very good, we had an evening meal in the hotels restaraunt which was reallly nice. Not a lot in Bethnal Green but ok as a base.

Whilst very satisfied with hotel two point annoying. Ist they take £50.00 on your card (returnable) which was not in the conditions and is unnecessary. Ok for cc swipe but not £50. 2nd is they charge for Internet which in this day should be part of the package not an extra
Hotel room was top class - breakfast was brilliant and staff very helpful. Approx ten min walk to tube station but buses available across the road that will take you to central London for £2 - would definitely recommend this hotel - value for money excellent and would stay here again.

The hotel was really nice & clean, breakfast was a buffet style full english which was really nice. A room to store your bags after checkout free of charge, nice bar & bar food. We mainly booked this hotel as we thought it was quite near the theatre & so wouldn`t cost to much to get there but it was about 1/2 hours drive away which was £30 in a taxi which we took because we didn`t know whereabouts the theatre was BUT it is in a really good location to get around the whole of London. There is a bus stop right across the road which can either take you to Liverpool street station (about 10 mins away) to get the tube (number 26 or 48) which obviously can then take you anywhere you want or there is number 55 bus which takes you to Oxford street for £2 & because its one of the 1st stops you can get a good seat up & wont get squashed. All in all will definately stay there again when we next go as have no complaints at all about the hotel
We had an unscheduled evening meal in the hotel. The restaurant is very functional - no atmosphere. The food was very bland and ordinary. The waiting staff didn`t seem to have very good English which made it difficult for all - especially the foreign tourists, of whom there were lots. It is certainly not a showcase of English cuisine.
Overall excellent value for money, I don`t know this part of London but locals were helpful with buses into the centre, staff were good. There was an extractor fan next to our room number 036 but they did turn it off when asked. I would go again
Clean, modern , smart, well equipped, value for money. Only downsides were a bit noisy at night (traffic etc) and a bit far out from the centre (but we knew that when we booked). Happy to recommend it
