Excellent stay

This is a clean hotel with excellent facilities and friendly/helpful staff in the city centre of Dublin which is ideal. I went for my sisters 30th and they even decorated the room with balloons and banners and a bottle of wine. Would highly recommend

Fantastic hotel, good sized room and in an ideal location on upper O`Connell street! Temple bar is approx a 10 minute walk over the bridge, however the shops are all on this side of the river, about 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend hotel for a short Dublin stay :)

Our 2nd stay at Cassidy`s was as pleasant as the first. Great location, good breakfast (my veggie wife would love hash browns on the menu), staff very pleasant and helpful. I availed of the on site parking which was really convenient (12 euros per day). Will definitely be back.

Second visit to cassidys hotel, found all the staff very helpful and friendly even at 2am , food good , rooms clean, would stay again when visiting Dublin.

Location of the hotel is excellent, hotel bar is very good and all staff very friendly. The only downside were the rooms could do with some updating and air conditioning otherwise for a budget hotel -it was excellent.

For the price , great value , good location

staff are very friendly, helpful provide a service beyond the call of duty. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very central location. Food is also good.

I had booked this Hotel as a surprise for my husband`s special birthday! From first arriving all the staff couldn`t have been more friendly and helpful. The room we were given as I has stated it was for a special occasion was excellent and was cleaned every day with fresh towels! The location was really great as we only had to walk along O`Connoll street to access the Bus Tour(well worth it) and excellent shops. I have recommended this Hotel to all my friends and family and plan to stay again when I get chance to visit Dublin again, hopefully later this year.

Felt at home from the second we entered the hotel. Charming, efficient and professional but still friendly staff (Especially Darren and Xavier) felt very welcome and most importantly safe. We were there for a hen do and found the Hotel was easy to find being in the main street of Dublin and a very good base for navigating around Dublin from. Am definitely staying there again (for my own hen do next year) and would recommend it to all my friends.

Super location right in the middle of Dublin easy walkin distance to everywhere, really friendly and helpful staff and a lovely clean room, brilliant hotel to explode the centre of Dublin!!!!

Stayed at this hotel for my sisters Hen weekend (9 girls in total). The staff are so friendly and polite and couldn`t have done enough for us. The hotel itself is really nice, perhaps no the most modern place in the world but for the price it`s great. The beds are super comfy and the cleanliness of the rooms is great. Right next to the airport bus stop and close to supermarkets and the temple bar area. Would definitely return and use again. Thanks :)

Got a giant room for myself with even extra bed. Desk staff real friendly and the standard of the room real high. Shower wasnt the greatest but still i`ve had an amazing stay there

Excellent location, clean and friendly. Only thing slightly disappointed with was the small bed, not even standard double size.

All staff at the hotel were courteous and eager to meet and satisfy any needs we had in particular the man on reception at the time of arrival. The hotel is clean, welcoming and our only gripe would be that the breakfast was cold, but that`s such a little thing that it didn`t dampen our stay. We would highly recommend to family and friends to stay here in the future, the customer service and location were and are very good.
