Hotel was very clean, and well run. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool and leisure facilities are superb and welcome after a day of sightseeing around Glasgow
Overall good stay,friendly helpfull staff. Bed very uncomfortable very hard and could feel the springs. No bed side lamps/ lights not good if you need to get up to use bathroom in the night as light switch over the other side of room
My stay with Hallmark was just ok... The reception staff were not very friendly Would not stay again due to cleanliness of rooms or lack off
We`ve stayed here previously. Main reason we book is for the leisure club/swimming pool for our daughter aged 9yrs. Family rooms are spacious and well equipped. Secure parking (for nominal daily charge). Cannot praise reception staff enough, absolutely brilliant - polite, knowledgeable, considerate! We arrived on Halloween and our daughter was given a huge bag of goodies for the occasion. We will be back! ...
Positives - rooms,ice maker, staff. Negatives - Waves pool area is now dated and tired - needs facelift. No response to an e-mail sent prior to my stay asking about dinner, breakfast and an upgrade.
