No complaints, great hotel, well situated for the ABBA voyage. Clean, tidy, fab breakfast & very polite staff. Highly recommended

Ideally situated for the venue and fully met our requirements for food drink and rest

Friendly staff clean rooms` breakfast excellent Only negative was couldn`t sleep that well because of air conditioning noises from other room down below or next door .but enjoyed our stay thank you.

Good breakfast very well stocked and great choice

Excellent location for the show ( 5/10 min walk ) and we walked to westfield shopping center the following day which was only a 10/15 walk from the hotel.

Situated 10 minutes walk from ABBA Arean and 15 minutes to the underground station and a shopping centre, the hotel is in an excellent location for getting around. Room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Also hgad a pullout bed if needed! Breakfast consisted of Continental and\or Full English and was cooked very nicely. Options also included toast, pancakes, fruit and juices so should cater for everyone`s tastes! Bar was comfortable and staff excepotionally friendly during the whole of our stay! Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area!!

Brillant hotel and literally only a 10 minute walk to the ABBA arena. Staff were great, food was amazing and service brilliant. Rooms lovely and clean. Highly recommend. Location perfect. Had everything we needed for our Two night stay. Would stay again at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Clean, and tidy good sized rooms. Warm shower and a good night sleep, added benefit decent breakfast although the Ash browns were cold

Hotel location to the ABBA Voyage excellent about 10 mins walk to the venue. Hotel room spotless, breakfast good plenty of choice and you could have as much as you wanted. Friendly helpful staff on reception and bar. Would definitely use again.

Nice and clean good rooms

This hotel has great links to all areas, however I think I would have rather chosen a nearer to the centre as I have mobility issues. The walk from the station to the hotel was a bit of a drag after being out all day/evening. Everything else was great 128515;

Definitely not the ritz but adequate accommodation and food

Unfortunately we had to be moved, the room had a list of problems, really old and sad

I was surprised how nice this hotel was, it was light and airy, kept very clean, nice bathroom, good value.

Originally unclear to location of hotel went to Holiday Inn at Westfield Centre and was sent the long way to our actual hotel however rooms were spacious, WIFI and breakfast were great value for money. Staff were extremely pleasant all in all a great experience we will be back

Convenient location for the O2. Westfield shopping mall too. Very clean. Lovely staff. Breakfast Ok but cheap sausages and NO bacon. Good value overall.

Well thought out room, not a lot of noise for a busy area, although we were at the back of the hotel which probably helped. Breakfast can be busy but always got a seat and the food was being brought out all the time. Would have been nice to have had a change of hot food, same both days. Better than some hotels of a similar type.

Clean and fresh room,sufficient facilities,as with all these types of premises they make an ideal base. Breakfast was included which saved additional expense and whilst a little limited in the cooked food area it was sufficient.The staff worked tirelessly to keep everything stocked up. If planning another stay in this area I would consider using again

This was an excellent budget hotel. It was clean and the decor was good. The shower was clean and easy to use. There was quite a reasonable choice of food for breakfast and it was of a better standard than I have experienced in other hotels in this price range. My only compaint is that we had two tea bags to last our stay, so it was only a small niggle.

Great hotel, modern well kept rooms.

Staff were excellent, great location for what we needed, clean, tidy, beds a little hard but overall brilliant accommodation for price.

Just wish that there had been a shower cap in the bathroom but I asked at Reception and they did give me two.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We were going to a concert at the O2 and the Express Stratford was the ideal place to stay as it is only 10 mins away by tube. I would happily stay here again but next time I would get up earlier for breakfast. By 8.30am all the tables were taken and we had to eat on the sofas in the reception area. I will set my alarm for 6.30am next time!
