Cannot fault the staff, or the hotels position for the tube, Shard and Borough Market really an ideal place to stay with easy access to mainline rail and underground and river travel Well worth considering for a stay in the capital.

Superb location for The Shard and the South Bank with the Klink museum, Shakespear`s Globe Theatre, Tate Modern and some fine restaurants and the Underground at London Bridge Station. Comfortable and clean rooms, great full English breakfast, helpful staff.

Lovely, clean-comfortable hotel in the heart of London, mind walk away from the Shard. Easy access to The South Bank inc London eye. Hotel is directly near the London Bridge train station/underground. Maid service daily, concierge, bar/restaurant attached - full English breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

Staff were exceptionally helpful, pleasant and friendly (Especially concierge Chris and Phillip). Tube station and all of the buzz of the south bank on the doorstep. Fab weekend! Thanks!

From the moment we entered the hotel we were made to feel welcome by all the staff who were warm and pleasant. Our room was very clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. I particularly loved the big fluffy towels. We enjoyed and evening meal and breakfast here both of very high standard. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Ideal hotel for the requirements of our stay in London. Beautifully stylish reception, clean and welcoming public areas and the rooms were comfortable. Biggest letdown was the difficulty connecting to the hotel wi-fi. Otherwise, would fully recommend The London Bridge Hotel

Rooms very well appointed and spotless. The Location for west end Theatres is a little bit remote but no 15 bus from The Monument ( The Northbank of the Bridge) is straight forward into all The Main London Tourist attractions and Borough Market 100metres away should not be missed for some mind blowing foody treats and a tour to the top of The Shard and The Tower of London is reached within walking distance of the Hotel in the other direction.

Not as good as I had hoped. Could have done better. Too many tables squeezed into breakfast dining room. Waitress spilt glass of water over table, apologised but did not clear it up. Had to keep asking for condiments such as marmalade, everyone else seemed to have it on the table. Not the value for money I was expecting. Very small rooms, tiny bathroom. Not very personable, customer care could be better.

very clean with soft bedroom carpet under foot however the showerhead holder was loose and meant the shower kept moving

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst my husband had day surgery at Guy`s hospital. I couldn`t have chosen a better hotel....the room was spotlessly clean, the staff were efficient and above all else kind. The food, we ordered room service, was hot, tasty and came very quickly. I could not find a single fault in this hotel....from concierge to cleaners, reception to waiters, all staff were a credit to this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the London Bridge. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and to have that included in the price was a bonus. One thing to be careful of, the price of the drinks in the room brochure is very different to the price at the bar, so be aware. Would definitely stay there again when visiting London.

From the moment we entered to when we left we felt relaxed, welcomed and home from home. Staff are extremely friendly in all areas. Good value for money. Had sandwiches last night in room as back late from theatre and very delicious. Good size portion and great value. Will definitely be back

Cannot believe how comfortable the bed was( need to know the make of mattress). Very clean & well appointed room. Breakfast was excellent with very good service by the waiters. Very attentive & polite. First time we`ve stayed overnight in London & would recommend this hotel.

I put my Mother and Father in-laws up for two nights in the hotel, they enjoyed their stay, the hotel was clean, well decorated and well catered for in terms of catering and amenities. Unfortunately I asked the concierge for a couple more tea and coffee sachets for the room, and the concierge agreed to deliver, reception was also called 2 more times and we still got nothing. this was a simple request that should have been dealt with promptly and without bother. I was given the impression from the concierge that there was no intention of fulfilling the simple request, which was disappointing.
