We initially thought about a different hotel but went on tripadviser and found this one. It turned out to be perfect for our 2 days stay in London. Location is perfect closed to the Thames and the house of the parliament. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good and fresh. Macbook in the hotel room and free wifi made my daughter very happy. Highly recommended it.

hotel was clean and stylishly decorated, apple mac in the room doubled up as tv which was nice. restaurant was very good and all staff were friendly and welcoming. the warm chocolate cookie on arrival was a nice touch on a cold December evening. The location in a quiet street a short walk from Pimlico tube was ideal and I would recommend this hotel for a visitor to central London

Everything requested at booking had been arranged; we were fortunate to have early check in; breakfasts excellent and dietary requirements had been noted and available with no fuss; porters, dining staff, reception staff and domestic staff all the best we have encountered, hotel spotless - fantastic.

Really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend to family or friends who are visiting London.

This was the third time I had stayed here and the quality of service and room facilities are consistently good. Staff are pleasent and helpful. The rooms are clean and well looked after. The situation may be a bit of a handicap for someone who is new to London as the nearest tube station is a 10 minute walk away. However there is a good bus service close by that goes to the West End.

We were really impressed by both the quality of the hotel and the service. It was amazing value for a hotel in the centre of London. We will try and stay at the Mint next time we visit.

Very impressed by the Mint Westminster. Friendly and helpful staff, room was a good size, nicely decorated with a very inviting big bed. Food was of a high standard and served in a light and modern cafe, Its in a good location to easily walk to most of attractions. Will definately be returning, Well Done Mint Westminster.

Mint Westminster is a ten min walk from Houses of Parliament and 15 mins from The London Eye.Excellent location.Friendly ,helpful staff.Lovely spotless comfortable room with river view.Good continental breakfast.Would recommend anytime.

Continental breakfast was good and service very attentive.

This is a fab hotel in the heart of London.. we came in at 7:30am and they checked us in early.. thank you guys.. it is very close to the Big Ben and the London Eye and the station.. we could walk everywhere and great staff.. we will definitely come back

Location: quiet, ideal for London Eye area or Westminster, Buckingham Palace etc, safe, clean & tidy. Parking: can park on street for free at weekend! Or under hotel for £30 at weekend. Not bad for London. Rooms: perfect, stunning, comfy robes, safe, fridge, iMax, White Company toiletries Breakfast: fresh ingredients, delicious, excellent choice, free continental, small supplement for English The only negative comment - no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. We were treated like royalty by every member of staff. Definitely go again and recommend.

More than expected for the price. Convenient, comfortable, squeaky clean and excellent cuisine and service. Certainly will come again and recommend. Do you issue gift vouchers?

Thank yo so much for the complimentary bottle of wine from the mini bar and card left by Steven Rawson. The only disappointment was the lack of a view of the river from our room. Otherwise the position was excellent.

Just a thought or wonder really as to why the doors are so flippin` heavy?? They do tend to slam a bit, and was a bit awkward getting a lady with walking difficulties in and out as I had to prop the door open with my bum (not a pretty sight I`m sure!). Also, could do with bedside drawer. But for our needs, lovely stay and would use again.

We were delighted with our choice. Locality felt safe and ideal for our "Royal" visits. Room very clean and comfy with quality facilities, continental breakfast delicious attended by most obliging staff

From our arrival till our departure we were delighted with the service and attention we received the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. we will definitely stay in mint hotels again, this was our second experience, Birmingham when Mint was City inn again great service and useful location when visiting the city.

Excellent stay. Very helpful and attentive staff on concierge, reception and restaurant. Buffet breakfast v good quality with Loseley yogurts and real orange juice but full English through waiter order if preferred. In room entertainment superb, Apple Mac based with JBL speakers. A bargain for London.

From the moment we got there till we left was great. What a location a very short walk to westminster area and to the london eye and south bank . The hotel was in a quiet area, which was perfect , but close enough for the action. The hotel its self was lovely , staff very helpful and freindly . The room was perfect and clean with tea and coffee , towels, dressing gowns, i mac and worked as a telly as well. hair dryer ironing board and iron in room. We had continetal breakfast which was incluced in the price . So much choice and the staff again were great. I would come back here again and again .

Freindly staff and great standard of service. Took my twelve year old daugfhter and the staff went out of their way to make her first trip to London special!!!!

Excellent facilities with well equipped rooms - great views with good food available throughout. Only negative that I`d say is that breakfast was a bit of a "bun fight" but in a full hotel on a Saturday morning I think that that`s a bit of a given. Would definately return again!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the Mint and I find it faultless. The staff are extemely pleasant and helpful and the check-in and out speedy and efficient. The breakfast is extremely good with a fantastic choice and the Cafe food was delicious. The accommodation is spotless, and very functional especially with the helpful additions of portable hairdryer, ironing board and Internet. Beds very comfortable and room sensibly furnished. The area in which the hotel is situated is perfect for walking, tube connections and nearby attractions of Houses of Parliament, London Eye, The Tate Gallery, Whitehall and Westminster Abbey. Easy access to Victoria and Waterloo. The area around is extremely quiet too. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

No significant issues at all, everything was as you would expect for a very good 4 star hotel. Real positives were..... the staff were extremely pleasant, approachable & had a good sense of humour, the rooms were nicely furnished & well equiped. Only small negatives were..... on arrival all check in desks were busy, should make it clear which desks are for group bookings only & I thought the cafe come drinks lounge, needed something to break up the vast size of the room, it felt a bit bland.

Lovely hotel, staff polite and attentive. Continental breakfast plentiful, though had to wait quite a while to get tea and coffee. Only down side, not enough towels in room, for some reason staff decided that two people could manage with one bath towel, one hand towel, two flannels and no bath mat. But overall, a very enjoyable stay

Bar needs an injection of `character` - a little soulless and very expensive!

Only problem we had was we booked 2 rooms and they only had one booked... Sorted fairly quickly though!

Cannot fault the hotel. Location handy for Victoria and tourist attractions. Accommodation comfortable, staff attentive, guest services very helpful. Continental breakfast offered wide choice to suit all tastes. Our room only had a shower so would ask for a room with a bath if that is your preference.
