The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

This hotel was situated in an ideal location, it was clean, tidy and the staff were all very professional. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Good value for money overall. Location is close to tube station. I would recommand to have the flooring (laminate) changed: there is a lot of noise from the upper levels. Would book again.

very friendly staff rooms clean the only down fall was the breakfast was cold needs attention in keeping food warmer ie a more hotter plate other than that a very nice hotel and great location i wouldnt advise anyone to walk from north acton station on there own at night asoupceally late very dodgy and could be dangerous ie women walking on there own back to hotel advice get a taxi back allways make sure you have spare money as the nearest place is towards acton station again tescos express not a good idea late at night all the best ramada i could be back soon x

All that was missing from this hotel was a fridge in the bedroom.

Very good clean Hotel. Interior far exceeds expectations from outside. Bar should have extended opening for wines/spirits for guests returning from Theatre or sightseeing.

A very good hotel overall,however the beds are far too soft but my biggest gripe is the extras you have to pay for.I understand and except paying for films,but for normal TV or Radio!! if the hotel was cheaper than others maybe,but when about the same price I think its a bit cheeky.Holiday inn don`t do it,that is why they stay my first choice however the Ramadas customer service was excellent and if they improve the beds and give normal TV and Radio with out charging then I would stay again.

I had read reviews about the Ramada Encore Acton and chose this hotel over others in Central London. This proved to be an excellent choice as the staff service I received was second to none. This in itself made the trip out from central London worthwhile. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location with on site parking, ideal for a business commute to London City. Spotlessly clean. Polite helpful staff and good food. We will return.

The hotel rooms were spacious,the staff very friendly and helpfull and plenty of choice on breakfast menu.Everything ran smoothly,once we realised how to get the lights on.

We find the Ramada Encore a very good place for overnight stay. The Staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and have everything needed. The breakfast choice was again very good. My only complaint is having to pay for overnight parking.

Smoking room requested and acknowledged but none available on check-in. This detracted from our enjoyment - but the room was good and the breakfast was fantastic.

The following staff were so friendly and made my stay a complete pleasure, Besrat Embaye, Jing Zhao, Csaba Kiss and a young fellow who wore a turban (i didn`t catch his name).

My friend and I had a couple of days in London to go to the theatre. The hotel is excellent, the staff friendly and very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. I would also add the hotel is very clean and the food and service excellent.

Great location for London trip and whilst the room was lovely, the sofa bed was uncomfortable even for the children! Staff are lovely and very helpful.

Both the hotel amd the rooms are very modern and clean. The hotel is a short 3 minute walk to North Acton tube station which is about 30 minutes tube ride into the centre of London. There is an extra charge for parking (£9.95 per 24 hours in August 2010) and it is not the easiest place to get to when you`re driving. The Sat Nav, when using the post code, brought you right alongside the hotel but there was no entrance from the main road and involved a 2 mile detour to get back. Make sure you put Portal Way into the Say Nav. Other than that we had no complaints at all, the staff were very friendly, and it was good value for money.

Hotel was clean and friendly - always a good start. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices for all the family. Very close to tube (3-5 mins walk) with a Tesco direct and cafe just outside the tube station for essentials and snacks if required. Food and drink at the hotel very pricey for a family but fairly typical for this type of hotel.

Hotel staff, particulary reception, couldn`t have been more helpful and friendly. No problem was to small to solve with a quickness and effort that was really pleasing. We would stay there again, no problem.

Stayed in Ramada Encore 12 August 10, it is a nice clean hotel, very modern. The night we stayed in the hotel it was full but it did not seem noisy or overcrowded. The only downside is that there is nowhere to eat nearby and the hotel restaurant didn`t open until 6pm and we needed to be away before this to get into London to watch our show. The tube station is nearby and the further you get into London there is cramped standing room only on the tube, which can be stressful. I would definitely stay at the Ramada Encore again due to the exceptional cleanliness of the place as I am usually disappointed at most hotels as I am fussy! but I wasn`t disappointed here.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and room comfortable for what we needed family of two adults an two teenage daughters. Great location for exploring London, close enough to the tube and central line but far enough out to avoid the traffic.

good stay here, close to tube station but good 20 mins from central stations. Booked family room , but got a double bed with sofa bed, but also got good rate so won`t complain. Staff helpful

Stayed for one night. Check in staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Room was exceptionally clean and had effective air conditioning - useful as we were staying during the hottest spell this year. Some traffic noise but not excessive. Buffet breakfast was included in the price that I paid and was to an excellent standard. I have to say that I found the staff in this hotel to be among some of the friendliest that I have encountered. Would definitely stay again. The one gripe that I have is the directions from the tube station that were provided by Hotel Direct, which sent us in a bizarre (and much longer than necessary) route to the hotel. As you leave the station, turn right. Cross the road in front of you and walk down a pedestrianized walkway (which is well lit at night). Go past Tesco Express and at the next road go straight across. You will see the hotel in front of you!
