Everything I needed for my quick stay in London,
Although our room was fairly small it was warm & cosy with a comfortable bed a good en suite shower room. In fact & everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very convenient for bus or tube into central London.
Nice room; small bathroom. Need more space or shelf in shower room
Excellent location rooms were cleaned every day and all linen changed daily if required also reception was open 24/7 for all your needs even if you wanted a night cap at 2am my favourite was being able to open the windows a little bit which most hotels no longer do to get some air due to my condition would definitely use best western again
Clean and comtable. But very noisy due to traffic
Used this hotel many times. Cheap and cheerful, although a lot of traffic noise if your room faces the main road. Very good value.
This hotel is perfectly located outside the congestion zone and 2minutes walk from Finley park tube station and bus station. The hotel staff were very helpful in providing us with a map and instructions of how to navigate the tube and overground rail systems to get to the Abba arena in Pudding mill lane very easily- it was three separate trains, but only took 25mins from leaving the hotel to arrival at the venue. The hotel offers parking which only cost £10 for the night and an excellent breakfast for £9 each. Very impressed and would definitely recommend it and would book to stay here again without hesitation.
Good value for money both for room and additional breakfast. Bed was a bit hard and staying on 2 very hot summer nights we did have to have the noisy fan on all night to enable us to sleep. Had an issue with the TV but that was sorted quite quickly. Would definitely stay again.
The location of the hotel is excellent, being a 5 minute walk from the tube (Picadilly line). Rooms were small and basic, but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and the cooked option was very tasty. The only negative about breakfast was that the staff were a bit grumpy. On the other hand, the staff on the check in desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Only stayed for one night and left very early in the morning. The room was ideal for our purposes clean and well maintained. A good location overlooking Finsbury Park and about a 10 minute walk from underground. There are numerous buses from outside the hotel.
First time stay at this one, but ill be returning. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to provide a wonderful quality breakfast, whilst keeping everywhere immaculate, Best staff ever.
Staff friendly and helpful nice and clean
Lovely I nights stay comfortable bed very quiet lovely breakfast
Hoovering at 8:30 am when still trying to sleep. No heating . Rude receptionist
The room was small and cramped. I asked for a room with 3 beds however apparently this was a quad room and I had booked a triple. So we had to share. I only chose this hotel because of it having 3 beds in a room. The room was tiny the bathroom was so small there was no room to get dried or dress. A little inconvenient when sharing a room, even if it was with family. I would book elsewhere. I won`t book here again. For the price you can get better. Only good thing was the staff were nice.
Excellent
It was a bit noisy because of the road next to us.
Would recommend this hotel if staying in London area, hotel staff very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much bother, the lady in the dining area was very nice and food was lovely. Bus and train station 5 mins down the road and tube station 5 mins up the road plenty of transport and restaurants in the area , we went to the bowling which was across from bus station and that was also nice and friendly, area doesn`t look much but we had no problems at all with anything
Good value for money and nice clean rooms. Windows need sorting as they didn`t shut properly to keep out the traffic noise. Would recommend hotel to other people.
Had a lovely stay. Room was clean. Plenty of coffee and milk sachets which were replaced daily together with lovely biscuits. Paid extra for breakfast which we well worth it. Self service with both hot and cold food. Recommend staying there Lovely biscuits. We paid extra to have breakfast which was well worth it. Help yourself. Plenty of everything got and cold.
Well worth the money
The hotel location was great lovely bar and 0bistro down the road at Finsbury Park and lovely Food the hotel staff were very helpful and the room was lovely we had these great big fans to keep us cool . The staff allowed is to check in Early and they kept our bags all day on the day .we left . They replenished our towels and tidied our room . We didn`t book breakfast but there was an oppurtunity to do so . Lovey place and close to underground walking distance.
Had problems with power, No power to tv, kettle , hairdryer , told reception as we checked out - and was told I should`ve reported it 1st thing , which I tried , but the reception was busy with Americans and the rest of my family were waiting in the breakfast room ! I feel as thou the receptionist was rather rude and not sympathetic at all 128542; Also I feel charging £10 for a child`s breakfast is to much - as she only had 2 bits of toast 128542; Won`t be tempted to stay again ! On the plus side Great position for underground
Ok for sleeping but basic the duvet cover was ripped, the bathroom sink plug did not work. Good for price but poor location for the theatre, a bit out in the sticks from the centre of London but easy to get to from the tube, lots of walking so not good when its raining
I thought all best western were the same good standard
Lovely hotel in vibrant Finsbury Park. Clean, comfortable hotel, warm friendly staff. Hotel looks lovely from outside and not run down like some are. Fresh and nicely painted, attractive building. Rooms spotless and simple but have everything you need as a base. Breakfast is lovely help yourself with cooked options and Continental available. Co op couple of minutes walk, Finsbury Park opposite and Finsbury Town 10 mins from hotel with shops and restaurants plus bus station and underground access. Def perfect location to access inner London/West end. Amazing pasta restaurant in Finsbury Town called Pasta Remoli.
Good clean and comfortable with very pleasant staff,I would have no hesitation in staying here again.
With only a 5 minute walk from Manor House tube station you are in the heart of London is minutes. The hotel over looks the beautiful Finsbury Park, which was great for my elder son to have his morning run. The breakfast room and choices suited every member of our party and the rooms were nice and clean and staff very friendly.
