Very well located, within a couple of minutes walk of Victoria underground station and a similar distance to the theatre. The accommodation was very comfortable and facilities excellent. As far as we were concerned though, being `older`, we would have appreciated a walk in shower rather than one over the bath. We only ate breakfasts in the hotel, no evening meals, and these were superb.

The hotel met all my expectations and more!! It was perfectly clean and fresh and had wonderfully helpful staff who could not do enough to help us. The room was upgraded free of charge and the food was very good indeed. The Theatre was only a two minute walk from the hotel.

Will definitely return to this hotel, great location, 2 mins walk from Victoria. Friendly staff, lovely room. Had the pre theatre meal which was great.

We loved this hotel , and not only for its convenient location. Our room was very tasteful. Lots of glass and chrome. The bed was the best I have experienced in a hotel and we both had an excellent nights sleep. We enjoyed the assortment of hot drinks provided. The rest of the hotel did not disappoint either. The reception area was good looking and the staff were polite and helpful. Everything was beautifully presented. The breakfast was delicious and featured plentiful choice . All tastes were catered for. All in all we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in a great location, close to Victoria tube station & the Apollo theatre, was very impressed with the hotel, very modern & stylish, reception staff very friendly & professional, rooms were lovely & big, with tea & coffee facilities, hairdryer & TV, nice comfy beds, breakfast was really good, every member of staff we spoke to were exceptionally nice, would definitely recommend this hotel & Hotel Direct.uk.

This was a great find! 2 minutes from Victoria station. Lovely room, extremely comfortable beds, great breakfast and friendly staff. This will be my "goto" hotel in London!

The staff were helpful and very polite. Was greeted with a smile on arrival and departure. Very important. Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff all friendly. My husband and I stay in a lot of London Hotels. One of the issues we come across quite often is staff not being polite enough. Victoria Plaza overall your staff are the best we`ve come across and one of the main reasons we would come back again and recommend friends and family. In addition your hotel facilities; Gym and Spa made our overnight stay feel more like a mini break. Our room was lovely. With great attention paid to detail. There was jus about everything you`d want from a hotel room with great extras such the coffee machine. A lovely stay had by us both. Looking forward to returning.

Very noisy throughout the night, people closing windows making room shake!! Other than that food fantastic, staff fantastic, warm friendly atmosphere!

We were very happy with our stay here the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and the facilities were brilliant. really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return and recommend to friends

Good central location but we booked a superior twin room and wouldn`t say it was superior. Toilet seat cracked, blood on curtains and insufficient items in bathroom such as toilet roll, tissues etc.

Parking was a little confusing as not clear if you don`t know the area and don`t know what to expect. Parking was great value for money as was the hotel. Definitely try Tozi for lunch or dinner. Great Venitian tapas style food. Within 5 minutes walk from the Apollo theatre.

The hotel is a stones throw from Victoria underground. Friendly staff, fantastic room & lovely breakfast. Would recommend staying at this hotel - so convenient.

The check in was blighted by the receptionist having a conversation with a colleague. We were not important to them. The room was very comfortable although the view was disappointing. Woken up at 8.30 so they could clean the room, not happy. Breakfast was a farce with no guidance as to what the process was, they cleared our table whilst we waited for toast! Tea was dishwater and they could not understand what we was telling them. I asked if they served marmite and the waiter went off, came back and said yes, it is over by the bread. Off I go again to find the marmite, could he have not got a couple of pots? Poor customer service all round really. Nice location.

Comfortable and very clean room. Staff friendly and helpful. Altogether very happy with experience. Would stay there again.

All good except we had a drink at the hotel bar and booked it to the room, received a call later in our room to say we hadn`t opened a card at reception when checking in. We were in bed at the time so asked if we could sort in the morning but was told we needed to do it straight away!! So redressed and went downstairs! All was very good with hotel direct and will deff use you again. Thanks

The Victoria Park Plaza hotel is a wonderful safe and well run hotel and we enjoyed our 2 night stay there.

Staff were very helpful and rooms were brilliant. For the price was a bit gutted english breakfast wasn`t included but continental was fab. Definitely would stay again

As expected excellent standards only disappointment was after paying extra to use the executive lounge to relax, one cheeky family had left their ADHD child unattended on there all evening as a crèche, we complained buy nothing was done about it. , do our only evening stay which was for out anniversary was spoiled by this, rules should be strict here, alcohol is served here do no child should be there unattended or in fact at all in a relaxing suite.

After 26 days in Europe and 10 different beds, we treated ourselves for the our last 2 night at the Park Plaza. Our double room was well equipped and the bed big and comfortable. We had some issues with working the Internet through the TV and ended up using our iPhones with the free wifi. Wish we could of stayed longer!

Excellent Hotel all round staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed in an Executive room and it was fantastic massive comfy bed, Nespresso maker and 6 capsules complimentary, 37 inch TV , very clean and the decor was very modern
