Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite warm however the air con sorted that out. We had the breakfast included which was very good. Would definitely stay there again!

Rooms need updating . No air con room was red hot. Shower not working properly. Entrance to hotel was lovely but rest of hotel is run down. Nothing like the pictures on the internet very disappointing

Never thought I`d find a hotel worse than the Season Star in Amsterdam. Room was dirty and not hoovered, bed had dirty sheets with other people`s hairs in it. Bathroom door wouldn`t close. The air-conditioned was louder than concorde taking off on full chat

You can check in till 2, and the hotel bar despite having the food menu out the kitchen wasn`t open, room we had was tiny, dated and had no air con. I had paid for breakfast but I wish I did t bother the coffee & orange juice was in undrinkable !!! I would not recommend this hotel needs a total over haul.

The room had an awful smell when entering, the floor was stained and had threadbare patches.the bathroom was dirty and behind the door there was dirt all over the floor. It was our wedding anniversary and for the price paid the room was awful And to top it all checkout was at 11am but we were awoken up with constant banging on the door and when I went to the door it was the housekeeper asking what time we were leaving ,we got up and left it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in ,clearly that should never have happened ,we have contacted the hote but heard nothing back!!

Hotel has a great location but it felt out dated and run down. We booked a city double room. It has a small separate sitting area. Bedroom was small. There was an air con unit in the sitting room, it looked very old. Didn`t quite cool the bedroom down. Overall a little disappointed with the hotel. There was a mini fridge but had nothing in it, which could have had some water especially during a heat wave. There was a vending machine near the lift but not well stocked.

Had to wait nearly hour for room, found it dirty and smelly. Poor communication from staff at times. Breakfast was good though and we heard from someone else there were better refurbished rooms in hotel.

Hotel rooms basic bit clean and all you need for a short break. Staff friendly and helpful. the concierge service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble,

The hotel was lovely and clean the staff were very helpful on arrival also when returned after show we wanted more tea and milk the staff were very helpful would recommend this hotel very good thank you x

Dirty rooms with mouldy food in drawers. We did speak to the desk and were upgraded which was better

Hotel is conveniently located without the need to get the tube to most places. Hotel breakfast is good. However, the room was not very clean and a little small (twin room) and no air conditioning. Lifts were not reliable. Overall if looking for convenience would recommend it as the staff were all very polite and helpful.

Room was small but comfy bed and air con so it was ok. Staff are lovely and friendly

Had to move rooms as the carpet was wet. Slightly musty smell and very small bathroom. Generally okay but felt quite budget. Breakfast was fine.

Brilliant location. Upgrade to a better room if you can. Standard rooms very dated. Good breakfast. Staff excellent.

Pillow on the bed smelled of sweaty heads, headboard had holes in it, sink in bathroom had what could only be described as spots of plaster stuck to it, which was not good. Red carpet in corridors were filthy. Great location and choice of food for breakfast. We would not return

Great location Rome a little on the small size

My hotel rating is more between average and good. Rooms smallish but ok for basic stay. Would have preferred daily housekeeping however understand staff shortages at this time. The location is the best we have had and within walking distance of major London sites. Shower pressure needs to be looked into. Will be using this hotel in future.

Our room was on the first floor 151. The room was tiny,but that didn`t really matter as only for 1 night. A very noisy air con unit was in the corner of the room. The window you could just open,with a view of a flat roof! The headboard is the first thing you notice when you walk in the room and the leather look alike material was all pealing off and looked terrible. Only 1 pillow each on the bed,but more in the cupboard,which had obviously been there for some time and not clean and no pillow cases on them. Very low standards and to say we were very disappointed is a understatement. Think we were given the most undesirable room they had. On a plus side tho,great location. !

Good however my partner was rudely ignored when someone behind her got served before her when checking in and she stated a person at the express check in saw what happened and checked my partner in.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, we only needed to get a bus from Victoria station to the centre and then were able to see all the sights by walking. The hotel is in the middle if it all. The room was basic and small but good as a base. It had a fan and it was a very hot night but other than air con there was not much really that the hotel can do about it. I didnt sleep well due to the heat and then was woken up early in the morning by a cleaner asking if we were leaving today. I was very annoyed being woken up. She was apologetic but this shouldn`t happen.

Hotel was comfortable and very well located. Unfortunately we were in London on the hottest day of the year & although we were lucky enough to have an aircon unit in our room, it was very noisy but we couldn`t turn it off due to the unprecedented heatwave. Unfortunately we have no control over the weather! Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

Basic bedroom....no air conditioning as stated on the hotel website. Clean but tired decor. Beds comfortable. Good choice of cold or hot breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.
