Room a bit dark - and restaurant quirky and finished very early but good stay

I can`t praise the hotel and the whole holiday high enough. I can thoroughly recommend Hotel Direct, all was excellent from beginning to end.

RSC was a fabulous place to stay. rooms were super clean,comfortable, warm, ..specially the staff were fantastic...very professional, helpful, courteous... we would most defiantly stay there again for sure

Lovely hotel in quiet location but still close to all attractions. Friendly staff. Clean and comfy. Room was lovely - large and spacious. Breakfast was nice. No complaints and would recommend it.

Very quirky hotel - mostly good - some of the restaurant staff a bit rude but elsewhere very nice.

A trip with mum and sister for a few days to Edinburgh. This was a lovely well run and high quality place to stay. Room was very comfortable breakfast was a treat and the staff very helpful.

2nd stay enjoyed very much - excellent team

The room was excellent- but had no view - bed good and all that is required - had 2 meals in the restaurant which was like home cooking - a bit hit and miss but overall ok. Staff are very welcoming and friendly,
