Enjoyed our weekend in London,this hotel is only a stones throw from mail line rail stations ie Kings X, St Panc & Euston. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpfully and polite, the only drawback is that we were put in a middle of the hotel room ,which had no windows,if we were staying any longer we would of ask to be moved,

Did`nt get my sunday paper. Room was small but good with an excellent shower room although bathroom overall was tight. Cooked breakfast was also good (and big) accommodating staff throughout

Good clean hotel, recently upgraded near to Euston Railway Station.

Rooms small and very noisy. Should invest in a second glazing unit to reduce noise. For this reson alone we would not stay here again.

no drawers to put clothes. no space to hang wet coat when clothes are in the tight closet. no shelf in bathroom . very comfy bed.

7.30 breakfast was too late for our departure for St Pancras-surprising that a hotel in this vicinity doesn`t take this into account.

This hotel is situated literally just a 5 minute walk from Euston station and central London is easily accessible from here. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. Heated towel rail a bonus!! Excellent breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. Best I`ve stayed in when visiting London.

Recently stayed at the Ambassador Bloomsbury, lovely hotel

Enjoyed a two night stay at the Ambassador, our room was small but adequate. The service was very good

It is our second stay at this hotel. The staff very helpful, the rooms are very clean and modern and easy to use, including tea/coffee/biscuits in the room. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of choices and always kept fresh looking. Try the hotel restaurant too, the food is excellent there. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel to get out and about and also a 10 min walk to King`s Cross Station. We will be going back again.

The room we had was on the main road there was a bit of traffic noise , the room did have a bit Dam you bet me to it!!! Thank YOU so much for asking me and for today. I hope they have learnt something and feel inspired. Good Luck tomorrow xxof A smell to it though , the food in the resturant was very good would recommend eating here although a little expensive , location for me was a little far out it states walking distance to Oxford street not close enough for me , having said that Euston station is only a five Min walk away all in all I probably. Would not stay here again I would rather be right in the heart of everything .

Enjoyable stay . This hotel is clean, with excellent staff . It has a good " feel" and is well sited for Kings Cross / Euston arrival. The room was small , especially the shower room/toilet but it was air-conditioned and very quiet at night. Breakfast was a relaxed experience with none of the crush we have had before on weekend breaks. All in all , good value and recommended.

only two criticisms of the hotel was the air conditioning was not very good and the bed in the rooms wasn`t the best. other than that the food and service were both of high quality and for central London very reasonable.location was perfect for us as anywhere we wanted to go was only 5 mins away

We stayed 2 nights at the Ambassador , the hotel and staff were fantastic the room was excellent would definately stay here again

rather small room, very little storage space, TV not working without tunring it off and back on at the mains. But firnedly helpful staff. Brekafast very average, and chef doesn`t seem able to cook eggs: scambkled eggs dry, fried eggs overcooked one day and under the next...

The Hotel more than met our expectations, rooms were very clean & smart and a good breakfast was served.

Our first room was on first floor at the rear, with a faint but constant hum from the large ducting pipes outside. We asked for a different room and were given another on the second floor which was nicer, overlooking the front of the hotel. Breakfast/staff/cleanliness all excellent although if I was to be picky the venetian blinds in the room were a bit dusty.

Really clean and comfortable the staff on duty were very friendly and approachable, Couldn`t fault the service. Brillant breakfast to start the day. Close to Euston.What more could you ask, would definently stay there again. Thank you

Very friendly and welcoming hotel. Very nice bar area and breakfast was excellent. Only reservation was size of double room. It was too cramped. Room was functional for a one night stay but any longer you would want more space.

I was unable to fault anything about the hotel reaiiy.The room was spotless,lovely clean bathroom and shower and nice breakfast choice.Pleasant and helpful staff .Hotel is in a great location as it is only five miutes walk from Euston station,perfect.Also handy for transport where you can get a bus right outside the hotel to the main attractions.Would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again if visiting London again.

Room was smaller than expected (especially the wardrobe which was virtually non-existent.) The view of the street/ Hilton hotel opposite could have been better and the bathroom was also very small for a 4* hotel having stayed in many others around London. Other than that, could not have asked for a nicer hotel. Everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the location excellent and the staff very accommodating. Good enough for a weekend stay but have stayed in better hotels for a lot less money. Also be warned of a £50 pre-authorisation which is taken on your card when you check in to cover any potential room service/bills. We weren`t told about this before booking in and it was rather inconvenient for that money to be put on hold until we checked out because we wanted that as spending money.

We found the hotel clean and staff friendly. The bedroom was very small, but as we were only stopping for one night this was not a problem. The breakfast was very good

Room sizes are small, but for a short trip, perfectly adequate. The power shower was fantastic (no bath), just what I needed after walking around London. I was able to open the window too, which is important for me. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, everything was very fresh. The tea and coffee was not very hot though, but I suspect that was due to health and safety ?? All in all, very happy with my stay.

I have mobility problems and found the hotel and its facilities very acceptable.The staff were most pleasant and always willing to help. Breakfast excellent and location first class.
