"Handy spot"

Lovely modern hotel. Very clean. We were put in an inside room with no window so found it quite stuffy and dark. The room was very warm too. Only 1 pillow each which was quite flat and low.

1 negative is that we were told we were given a bigger room, this I seriously doubt as I cannot imagine a room any smaller than the one we had

We have found the hotel very well situated very clean very nice but we found the bedroom very small and we didn`t like the fact that the bedroom sheets were only changed every three days

Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a lot of building work going on next to the hotel however, we were not affected by the noise.

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was nice but I found the bed a bit hard. Breakfast was nice continental,but missed a cooked brekkie,would`ve been nice to have a choice of the two. I would stay again.

"Staff very friendly and helpful"

The Staff are very friendly and helpful, I would say the best feature of the hotel. The hotel itself is what it is really, a compact stop over, located well to the train station. One niggle I had is the charge of £3.99 per item to store luggage. I stay in a lot of different hotels in London and have never had that charge before, which to charge to leave an item in a room, when you`ve already paid for your stay there is a bit disappointing. I couldn`t see that on the hotel information prior to booking and there are no signs up advising of the charge. The TV information in the room does not advise it either. There are charges for things like having the room cleaned as its only done every 3 days to keep costs down, but the baggage storage charge was sprung on us. With that I wouldn`t use the hotel again but it was adequate for our needs. Can`t comment on the breakfast or food as we did not eat there.

"Fabulous (once you get the correct room)"

The hotel is sparkling clean with fancy lights and power sockets everywhere. We did however get allocated a room only containing 1bed. We booked a twin back in November, better than that was the fact our room was confirmed as a twin only a couple of days before we arrived. We were given 2 separate rooms (miles away from each other) but at least the rooms were clean and fresh. Loads of power sockets and fancy mood lighting. Let`s not forget the air conditioning! I would definitely stay here again it`s lovely.

"Little gem"

This hotel is Tucked away in Central London. It`s high standard of decoration and comfort was excellent. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. Luggage room available

"Very clean and comfortable and quiet too."

I was firstly given a key to a room that was still occupied, but luckily I didn`t burst in on anyone ! By the way, for older guests like me with arthritis, the safe is in a ridiculous place (on the floor) and also impossible to read instructions with sight problems. I had no hot water in my shower in the morning ; I didn`t try in the evening. Basin fine.

When we got to the hotel we were told that although I had booked two twin rooms back in May, they only had a twin and double available which could have been awkward if we had not been ok about sharing a double bed. However to compensate they gave us free breakfast for all four of us and we stored our bags free of charge next day. the rooms were comfortable and clean. There was the occasional rumble from the trains but it did not bother us too much. Breakfast was a light one but very nice. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Claudia, Natalia and Laura on reception were all ultra helpful and polite. 5mins from Shoreditch or Liverpool St and directly behind Spitalfields market.

"Point a"

The hotel is clean and provide all you need for a break away. The staff are friendly and very helpful day and night. If I did have to pick one fault it would be the drainage in the wetroom we had. The whole floor gets covered in water.
