From check in to check out was perfect. Lovely helpful staff. It was my 60 th birthday and got given complimentry breakfast. Was in a newly refurbished room which was very nice. Will definitely return in future.

Clearly a lot of money has been spent on the public areas. This gives you a false sense of security for what you`ll find as you exit the elevator to your room. The carpets, beds and bathrooms are in a very sorry state of repair and that`s putting it as nicely as I can.

The best thing about the hotel is its central location and vicinity to the theatre. Everything else is ok. It`s also clean and very-very warm. We turned the radiator off and had the windows open for the duration of our stay (2days).

Leaking. Radiator made bags soaking wet and feet wet/socks. Maintenance man came and looked at it and switched it off and told us he wood inform reception and they would ?sort something out for us?. I was thinking this may be some sort of discount but nothing was mentioned on check out even though I mentioned it to them again.

we had booked the wrong night but Jojo at the president Hotel explained that we needed to inform our booking agency and they would try to change the date this was done and JOjo at the hotel and her colleagues were very helpful

Hotel was stunning. The room was very nice and the decor was stunning. The staff were very friendly and couldn`t do enough for you. The food was to die for, every tasty and lots of it. You have made our weekend one to remember thankyou so so much

Basic & dated, but clean. Shower fixed head very high up, which means if you don`t want to wash your hair extremely difficult to shower. No complimentary shower hat. Water very very hot. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room 416, smelt stale and even Smokey, carpets in certain areas of the room was thread bear, scaffolding outside the window, workmen drilling above us. the strip across the carpet between bathroom and room was sharp and not securely fitted. Disappointed with the surcharge in the restaurant a we were paying guests.

Overall, a good fairly basic but comfortable hotel, for an overnight stay, easy to get to places by public transport once you`ve got your bearings.

The hotel is lovely, staff fantastic and food great. Only complaint I had was that the water in the bathroom sink was never hot. We were told that the water would be turned off after 10am but even at 08.30 it was just slightly warm.

Checked out immediately after seeing the room and hearing that they didn`t have any hot water, between 12-5pm EVERY DAY for the whole week. Surely this should have been made aware prior to booking. Very disappointed, as we we`re having to find alternative accommodation last minute on my wife`s birthday. Not ideal at all! And we still had to pay for the hotel too. Wasn`t even offered a refund or some form of discount for their inconvenience. Massively disappointed, so I would never recommend the president hotel.

No hot water between the hours of 10.00 am and 5.00 pm due to ongoing refurbishment work - which we were not warned about in advance. Not convenient if you travel a distance and want to freshen up before going out to the theatre. Staff not knowledgeable on best route to get to ABBA concert. Thankfully they could organise a taxi. Unable to get hot water in the breakfast room to make tea - even the water I asked for from the kitchen came out tepid Noisy with road works outside.

I arrived at 13:57pm and booking in time was 14:00pm. I was told my room was not ready. I waited 22minutes and had to go back to the reception to see if my room was ready. I`m very disappointed

Hotel was very clean, towels changed every day and bedding changed. Staff very helpful and friendly. We only used hotel as a base as we were out most of the time but it suited our needs and would use again

Rooms are very basic with several issues that would bother you if staying for more than one night.

They don`t clean under beds thou as someone`s boxer shorts were there!

Hotel is close to Covent Garden. Modern reception, lounge bar and restaurant. Rooms ok.

Our room was clean and we rested well. The reception staff were very friendly and Sami who greeted us explained everything in detail. Well done Sami However the lounge could do with a bit of a clean especially the glass/mirror on the wall. Otherwise hotel was clean and well presented. We enjoyed the cocktails.

The only downside was the inability of the Atrium bar staff to make and serve us with cocktails which we were looking forward to after the theatre show.

Lovely hotel room but noisy. Doors slamming regularly and people talking. Alarm went off twice at 6:30am

This hotel has everything you could wish for in London. Ease of access. A 20 minute walk from King`s Cross/St. Pancras. a 91 bus or a next stop tube on the Piccadilly line. Really friendly staff who were so obliging. Beautiful breakfast with everything you could require. Very comfortable beds and lovely bedrooms.

My wife and I stayed here for the night in conjunction with tickets to the theatre to watch Lion King. Very friendly atmosphere and helpful staff Also very handy if you are going to the theatre. Just a couple of stops on the Tube.
