Staff very helpful, pleasant and couldn`t do enough for guests. Rooms very comfortable and well equipped.

The light switch in our room was broken therefore no lighting. No maintenance service available, We therefore had to move rooms 1st night. Room 101! Couldn`t sleep with train noise, dustbin collection during early morning + emptying bottles 5.30am. Curtain in bedroom missing hook so didn`t close properly. Compensation free breakfast & glass of Prosecco. A great shame!

What a beautiful hotel. It is situated perfectly in the heart of London and all the staff are so welcoming, kind and helpful. They were very accommodating with my recent need to be on a mobility scooter. The breakfast was delicious and we loved being able to see the Tower of London. A very special treat for my wife`s 60th birthday and very welcoming of our 9 year old twins as well. We would love to visit again, and the icing on the cake would be a room with a view of the Tower of London or Tower Bridge. Thanks for looking after us.

Excellent hotel, ideal setting opposite the Tower of London and only a stone`s throw from both the DLR and Circle Line. Rooms clean and have all amenities to make a stay comfortable. Beds extremely comfortable and the power shower really appreciated after a long day touring the sights of London.

The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on and it soled which gave you a feeling of sliding off. I`m aware it was a sofa bed but it should also be comfortable to sit on. Given the price we paid we felt we could have gotten better for a cheaper price. The bed was very hard and lumpy and again very uncomfortable. We had to request toilet roll as the cleaners didn`t put any in. Lovely friendly staff and nothing was a problem. Very kind and very pleasant.

Wonderful stay. Accommodation was excellent. Staff were friendly , courteous and attentive. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I booked this package for my son and wife and 4 grandchildren as a treat for working so hard on their GCSE s and A levels. They reported back that the Hotel was good but the Housekeeping bit was disorganised. One of their rooms was not ready to sleep in until12pm after they got back from the show. Apart from that they said it was good and the rest of the staff were good.

We were disappoint at first as we were going by the description of a 5 start hotel when we got there we were given a standard room, which in our experience was not a 5 star room. I raised the matter with staff and they very quickly gave us an upgrade. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the room service was very good. We would go back again. I think next time when we book through `Hotel Direct` we will make sure and have it confirmed, that the Hotel Direct have booked us the right room and not just a bog standard room, especially when you pay a lot of money.

This hotel is fabulous, directly opposite the Tower of London and very close to local sites. Our room was huge with a built in kitchen, so clean and bed very comfy. Great breakfast and service. Top class, would definitely recommended!

The hotel room was very nice and had plenty of space. We had a family room which included a sofa bed in the lounge area which was fine. Lots of amenities included such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, soap, tea, coffee, bottles of water, robes and slippers.

Our room was spacious stylish comfortable very clean and well equipped.Staff were numerous, attentive , competent and friendly. Unfortunately the admin is poor . We were asked to pay again for the room despite having paid well in advance . Eventually settled at Reception after a delay . Still awaiting return of £100 deposit after checking out with no damage and room left clean and tidy . Breakfast was expensive.

I would definitely recommend this hotel from stepping into the building to leaving it the staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms very comfortable and the food was superb.

I had booked a suite with twin beds, to find a king size bed instead, reception and housekeeping sorted this when we were out that evening. Only criticism being our stay was too short to really enjoy the hotel and the roof top terrace, we hadn`t booked breakfast as we ate late the night before and were leaving early the next morning. Had we wanted to it would of been 25 pounds I`m presuming that was per person if it was I think that was a little steep. And on arrival £100 deposit......... not everyone will be happy to do that. My son wasn`t keen on the bedding it was all duvet case and no duvet. I hadn`t stayed in that area before, if I need to again I think I would be tempted to try somewhere different.

Very disappointed with our room as it was nothing like what we were told we we`re getting, absolutely disgusted, this was the second we`ve used hotel direct We definitely won`t be using this company again

We would certainly return to this hotel. The suites are great and we would definitely look to stay for more than one night. The staff are all so very pleasant and helpful, we ate in the restaurant and the food was very enjoyable. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Nice rooftop cocktail bar too. The hotel is close to Tower Hill tube station too.

Lovely hotel - conveniently placed and very comfortable

There was a column on booking asking about special occasions etc we told them of my b`day and our anniversary but received nothing to acknowledge this - why bother asking?. We thought we were going to have a view to tower bridge etc but instead got a studio apartment overlooking back paved area which was okay but disappointing - saw delivery van at least! Breakfast was great - continental was lavish but expensive -understandable. There is a weatherspoona close by and location is great.

Perfect location and the upgrade was lovely as it was my husbands 50th birthday could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Not a suite and heating did not wiork

Booked as half-term break with our grandson. Lovely welcome and room ready early. Two fantastic studio apartments of high quality. Superb views of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. High quality food and plenty of it. Nothing too much trouble for any member of staff who catered for 6 year old without question. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others

I would have given Tower Suites an excellent rating if our room had been overlooking the Tower of London. Having said that the room was great, very spacious and well appointed.

Very disappointed poor service poor room. The doors were locked so we couldn`t get out on the balcony. Couldn`t get into the room till 3pm. Had to try and change in the toilet only I couldn`t as a man went it one that sells tickets outside. He went to the toilet and left it disgustingly. So I had to go to the show in the clothes I travelled in. It was for my husbands 60th birthday. It was so disappointing.

Very disappointing service. We had asked for 3 single beds but had a double and a sofa bed. We were told housekeeping was unavailable to help. When we insisted the receptionist came up and sorted our the bed situation. There were only 2 cups, glasses etc for 3 adult guests. We had to pay £109 deposit which was unexpected. The coffee machine was broken and no one could show us how to turn the lights off so we hardly slept. All in all, very poor value for money. Would expect better from this hotel and from hotel direct itself as our needs were not communicated to the hotel. . Will not be booking with hotel direct again.

Very happy with room and view towards the Tower. Clean and spacious accommodation but given lack of any sundries in the fridge/minibar think it is unnecessary to take a £100 deposit for a one night stay

Excellent for touring London

Lovely hotel in a great location. Only downside that I found was that the bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on the floor! Other than that, I couldn`t fault the hotel at all

The food was excellent and the staff were wonderful, from the moment we arrived to the last day, when there was a tube strike and the staff booked a taxi, used by the hotel to take us to Euston Station on time for our train. It took about an hour, a journey which normally takes 20 minutes by road, and we made our train on time.

Had a suit for 2 nights. Firstly received toast under done, secondly with no butter or cuttery, thirdly room not serviced at all. Restaurant staff argumentative and rude.

A spotless hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The location is great, with underground & DLR stations on the door step, as well as wonderful walks along the river. The hotel is very quiet despite being in such a busy location, although we did find the room a little bit too warm with the window closed.

Hotel took our bags so we could go and explore! Tube is less than a minute walk from the hotel so we could explore the sights and then back for a rest. Our suite had everything we needed and was so spacious.

Ideally situated being so close to London Bridge and tube station. Hotel very clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could want. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Fabulous room, really contemporary, smart and very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and overall a lovely experience. Large choice for breakfast and excellent service in the dining area. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel.
