I stayed here for 3 nights with my hubby and 2 kids. The hotel was ideal only 15 minute walk to tube. Service was excellent, great breakfast . Only complaint was the room was small.

Would look to stay here again for a night or two in London. Everything we needed it to be. Clean and comfy. Conveniently positioned, especially for the O2. Staff were helpful. Ample parking and at a reasonable rate. Made a great base for a couple of days in London as a family. Thank you.

Stayed here as it is only a short walk to the O2. The room was fine as was breakfast and we were checked in and out quickly and easily by friendly efficient staff. We couldn`t have asked for anything more and will definitely book again.

Good stay, great location for the 02 arena. Friendly staff, good breakfast included. Only small criticism only 2 plug sockets in the room.....in this age of mobiles, straighteners etc could have done with more in a family room. Highly recommend.

Very good if you are going to the O2 only a 10 min walk. Staff very helpful being the only hotel close to the O2 it gets very busy

For the price you pay the hotel is very good, the staff all very nice and helpful. We had a small problem with the shower which was fixed, even on a Sunday

A goid hotel in a good location. Breakfast was average (no bacon or hash browns) and did not cater for celiacs. Cleaners did not replenish our tea, milk or sugar so we had to ask the reception for more, who were lovely. Cleaner also knocked on our door at 11.30 on day of departure to ask when we were leaving (departure is 12.00) which wasn`t very professional. Walking distance to the O2, which was good.

All of the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a double room with my daughter for 1 night and found the room to be clean and spacious. The hotel seemed more than a ten minute walk from the tube, but I`m not sure if that is because we walked the long way round or because it was raining at the time.

Had a great night sleep after seeing Beyonce , bed had a great cozy duvet and soft and firm pillows , the room was modern and clean . Very impressed with the hotel . It was definitely one of the better hotel rooms I have stayed in . Thank you :)

Apart from the hair dryer didn`t work in the room and the main light.

Clean hotel, perfect for a family getaway

Stayed for Taylor Swift Concert as price and location appealed. Rooms were pretty small by the time the sofabed was out. Breakfast whilst free, was a bit of a mess with the hotel clearly not able to cope with the demand at 0845 in the morning.

Good Hotel, free hot breakfast, reasonable parking rates for London! Ideally placed for O2 Arena shows. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Not keen on having to use your door card to use the lifts!!!! A bit of a pain! This is my only criticism!

When we arrived to check at 3.15pm we were told that our rooms weren`t ready and would be 20 mins this eventually led to us waiting an hour. We were given a complimentary drink whilst waiting. The rooms were good once we were in and breakfast in the morning was great, lots of choice and all very nice. We stayed here due to going to a concert at the O2 and it was great for that as only a 15 min walk away.

The room was fine as were the friendly staff and the breakfast was good, but don`t use the bar, £9.80 for a G and T and soft drink, go around the corner to Sainsburys and get a take in.

Pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find the Holiday Inn from North Greenwich Tube Station. A great location (appprox 10 mins walking distance as advised) and comfortable clean accommodation for access to O2 . Breakfast was included in price - would definately recommend.

I loved my stay at this hotel, the welcome that we got was great and the service for the weekend could not be faulted at all. The room was lovely, clean and tidy as you would expect and had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel it was perfect, thank you!

A great location-O2 walking distance along with the tube station. Service friendly, breakfast good and room clean along with all necessary extras (hairdryer). We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was a good size considering Express hotel and had all the basics for an overnight stay. Only downside was the shower - the handles were loose and controlling temperature was hard, plus there was a loss of pressure unless it was scalding hot. When mentioned on check-out, the receptionist apologised but didn`t make any effort to note a problem so that someone could check if it was working properly.

We had a lovely stay and will stay again very helpful staff and easy access to o2 arena. Look forward to coming again

It was the first time the Children had stayed in a hotel and they loved it! The rooms were very clean and the staff were all lovely and very welcoming. Good breakfast the next morning and on to the O2 for Disney on Ice! Thank You Express Greenwich! Result, a very happy Family.
