The decorations were truly stunning everything was done to a very high standard and the staff were professional and friendly.

This hotel was very excellent our bedroom was beautiful and lovely, we were book in for dinner the service and food was lovely, the service at the bar was second to none, the receptionist went above and beyond to our stay very extra special. We would love to come back at any time and would definitely recommend this hotel to all our family and friends.

The hotel is very well located. It has a good ambience and is beautifully presented in the communal areas. The food is of a high standard and accommodated a gluten free guest. Our room however was in one of the furthest corners and was cold. Indeed it seemed as though it hadn`t been used for some time and was somewhat forlorn compared with other rooms we glimpsed. This wasn`t helped by it overlooking a dirty brick wall and chimney stacks. This influenced our evaluation, otherwise we would have graded it excellent. If, however, other similarly priced better appointed and fresher rooms were available then we would consider staying again.

Such a lovely hotel, very welcoming and friendly. Great room, comfortable bed with lovely linen. Room was so cosy and warm after a cold day touring London. Great breakfast and close to all we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is in brilliant great location. Good sized room but we did have to upgrade to King room. Good, friendly service. Good breakfast.

Tucked away in Whitehall Court, this hotel is very impressive both outside and inside Location is perfect and a few minutes walk to the Thames and Embankment and all that is on offer around there We did not have a river view but that would have been amazing as you can easily see the hotel with it`s imposing view along the river Room was very well set out - although the WiFi did not cover the whole room (not available when sitting up in bed) Room service was rather expensive for a club sandwich but it was excellent! Breakfast was very good too although the coffee was like tar Concierge was very helpful in getting us a taxi

Our third time here and will definitely return, great stay with professional staff and the Churchill Cocktail is well worth a try.

Reception and check in 10/10 all lovely lady`s polite and professional but this is not a five star hotel probably was few years back we had a fantastic room view looking over the Thames river and London eye but two night stay coffee and biscuits cream etc not replenished and complementary drinks fridge not working but overall enjoyed our stay.

Lovely room lovely hotel only thing letting this hotel down was breakfast staff management needs better communication sat for over 10 minutes waiting for a member of staff to offer tea/coffee buffet breakfast not refilled so not much choice no bacon etc

Fantastic hotel and room but lacking the little niceties and comforts for such an impressive hotel. Literature states that guests will be issued with elemis products but only enough for one person to use as so small and really didn`t smell of much. Went to the bar where a barman devoid of any personality told us it was table service. Waited 15minutes then left as not served. The room size and furniture however was brilliant. Really comfy big bed. Can`t say that any member of staff made any effort to make us feel welcome just a bit of a cold environment so mixed review.

We were very disappointed to find that when we checked into the hotel breakfast was not included despite the fact that it was stated on your website that it was. We logged into your website again and found that you are still including within the stated price. So I fact your website is false information. We emailed as soon as we found this out but have yet to have an answer.

Would not rate this as a five star hotel as not all the facilities in place lots of dirty marks on walls and the carpet The bathroom was a bit grubby no tea or coffee facilities there was A coffee machine but no coffee or cups or tea or milk also you would expect breakfast included with the price that you pay you would expect a lot more from a five star hotel But one thing I would say the staff were very kind and very helpful

Hotel room was lovely but unfortunately the breakfast let them down . Overcooked eggs , mushrooms were like rubber and nothing was hot

The hotel is in a fabulous building and the location is excellent, set just behind Whitehall. Inside the hotel is all very plush and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was superb. The only downside for me was the room my wife and I were given, it was a bit underwhelming, pokey and dated. The windows were glazed because the view would have been of downspouts and air con units, I suppose not every room can have a view of the Thames and the London Eye!

A lovely hotel and friendly staff but it would have been nice to have coffee/tea facilities in both rooms also there was a slight technical issue in both rooms with the television volume control.

Well what can I say ALL staff were professional, polite and so friendly. The room was absolutely first class. The room was large, very clean and I could not fault anything. Just had breakfast snd Yummy there was so much on offer. I will be back 100%. Thank you team you did the hotel proud.

Comfortable room , lovely shower , the Elemis toiletries were a real treat . Sitting in the terrace for drinks was so relaxing . The service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious.

Lovely hotel, very central to everywhere we wanted to go. Lovely Terrace restaurant with lighting and heating so sitting outside in the evening was very comfortable and food was excellent. Staff were very polite and helpful at all times.

Very nice stay at the hotel, location is key, very close to lots of locations, beautiful and very good staff. reception area staff were fantastic, breakfast staff were good, we did not use most of the facilities as out all day and night

The hotel is situated in Westminster on the banks of the Thames. You are a few minutes walk from The Houses of Parliament, Downing St, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square & the London Eye. The tube station is across the road so getting anywhere in London is easy. The hotel is 5 star with fabulous service from all staff.

The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful at all times. The only odd note, was the music playing in the foyer and general communal areas. We were surprised to hear such loud and incongruous music on arrival in the afternoon. It was discordant with the calm and beautiful hotel.

Teetering on excellent rating. My wife and I were impressed by the friendly and professional staff. Great Hotel for a special occassion.
