Excellent hotel. Great feel, Great atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and always professional and helpful. Hotel close to Trafalgar Square and a 10 min walk from the hotel to the theatre. The room was spacious and a bathroom to envy

Perfect, clean and central hotel!

This was my first stay at The Clermont, it`s a lovely looking hotel, inside and outside. My double room was clean and spacious with quality fittings, a mini fridge with a couple of complimentary drinks and there were some snacks also. I would certainly stay here again.

Enjoying a drink in the hotel bar when a group of 5 started eating McDonalds takeaway! Not a nice experience - messy and smelly. Somewhat spoilt the ambiance. Surprised the hotel allowed it to be honest. Otherwise great hotel.

Having paid over £600 on the trip to find no breakfast was included is very poor then to find I had to pay £55 for breakfast. Which had a £5 service charge and I got then breakfast my self then to find no fryed eggs told there would bring me one to the table 20 mins later no show I had to go and get my own service charge? Ha ha

Myself and 2 sisters stayed here for 4 days. Our stay couldn`t have been more enjoyable. Staff were fantastic especially Viata on front desk,Dashaun and Solomia in the restaurant/bar. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone we spoke too. Breakfast was plentiful from full English to continental meats, croissants etc. Complimentary mini bar proved to be a nice touch. Location of hotel is excellent right beside Trafalgar Square. Even though it`s next door to Charing Cross station trains weren`t an issue. Easy to get taxis. Near to Whitehall and Parliament. A great place to stay.

Had two nights at hotel staff were very helpful. Room was lovely and comfortable. Central location for shops, food drinks and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

There was no single complaints about this hotel, it was outstanding! This hotel was pure luxury, the decor was stunning, the hotel smelt amazing throughout, it was so clean, we had a mini fridge included with drinks and snacks, the breakfast was amazing, I`ll definitely be back. Thank you so much guys what a beautiful hotel you have, it felt like royalty.

clean, polite staff, fantastic location, easy check in, lovely to have a complimentary bar, but I do think breakfast should be included in the theatre break bookings, £18.50 is expensive per person for a buffet breakfast. other than that no complaints, will definately stay again

Room great veiw of rubbish on fire escape not good.

Plenty of front of house staff around to answer questions. Luggage Room available before rooms became available at 4.00pm and post check out. Rooms were a great size and had good facilities (free mini bar and nibbles, iron, hairdryer). All staff very friendly and accommodating

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times as the location is great. We always enjoy our stay as the quality of service is great. This was our first time since it became the Clermont. The room, a superior triple, was good with all we needed for a comfortable stay. However the breakfast really let the stay down. We hadn`t been asked to book a time to eat but realised we should have done. It appeared that we were in an `overspill` room. The food was poor and self service for everything including tea and coffee. This is not what we had on previous stays and not what we expected from hotel of this calibre!

The hotel was very nice, the staff were lovely and friendly, the rooms are luxurious, had a lovely stay with my family for my 60th birthday. Will definitely return.

Very clean very friendly helpful staff, great location good breakfast.

We had a warm reception when we arrived. The hotel was beautifully kept and very clean. We enjoyed a very good lunch with excellent service. We returned for a drink after the show and found the atmosphere very friendly and the service attentive. Again, whilst checking out, the manager showed an interest in our stay, which we appreciated greatly.

I booked this hotel for a treat for my husbands birthday. We were not disappointed. On arrival we were given two tokens for a free drink at the bar. When we got to our room there was a slice of birthday cake for my husband. I did however have to remind them that I had paid for a bottle of Prosecco to be in the room on arrival which they took a while to bring to the room. However we had a lovely room which was clean and spacious. Free soft drinks and snacks was a lovely gesture too. The breakfast was a buffet style with lots of choice only criticism the plates were cold and on the second day they breakfast wasn`t as hot as the first day. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The hotel is very well situated on The Strand, next door to Charing Cross Station. It has obviously been fairly recently modernised and everything worked well and efficiently. There seemed a shortage of staff however with the bar area closed throughout our stay.

A little bit of luxury right in the heart of the west end, the staff here are so lovely too

Room very comfortable and clean. Large bathroom. Only down side was the breakfast. Limited fruit choice. Bread/ croissants were a bit dry. Tables very close together.

Lovely hotel and breakfast

The menu in the restaurant was limited at 5pm, There also needs to be a wind breaker to stop the noise out side the window, this noise is quite loud and keep you awake throughout the night, this happens when the wind blows across an opening and can be easily resolved. The staff where extremely helpful and friendly they always make you feel very welcome.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful hotel in fabulously central spot. This was an excellent base for sightseeing. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are pleasant and efficient. Our room looked out at St Martins in the Field and towards Trafalgar square. Very pleased we stayed and would definitely stay again.
