Would highly recommend this hotel, staff were amazing, theroom was clean and very comfortable, and hotel was very central

Beautiful hotel, very clean and the staff were very good. The only thing to let the hotel down was the spots of mould in the shower on the silicone.

Location: Good, Reception and entrance area: Good, Check-in procedure: excellent, Front desk staff: great and friendly Toilet flush was a bit odd, Toilet seat loose, Hand basin did not drain properly, Bath did not drain properly There is a bath with an 18" screen but no curtain so water can escape onto floor - apparently this is policy I was not allowed a wake-up call as this is also policy. All in all good staff are let down by poor management decisions and poor maintenance. But the TV work OK - PHEW !! Definitely NOT a four-star hotel - sorry Thistle.

Very good hotel, pleasant helpful staff, excellent location for the west end.

Hotel staff were very friendly and although we were told we had been `upgraded` to a delux room, it was very obviously for disabled guests with bathroom being a little uncomfortable and no pressure, height adjustment in the shower

Lovely hotel room was perfect for 3 adults comfortable bed and sofa bed was comfortable too. We had a good breakfast and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We also had a lovely meal at the hotel. We will be returning!

Hotel room clean staff polite friendly and helpful everything you needed in room breakfast lovely and although we did not get back to our rooms until late evening after 11.30pm there was lots of outside noise until very early hours of the morning so little sleep was had

Location is the best thing about this hotel. Checking in was up to an hour wait for most people. Not enough staff to clean rooms ready for new arrivals. Every day we saw people sitting after 3pm waiting for a room. We did get complimentary drinks but check in is at 3 so the rooms should be ready for then. Breakfast buffet was ok but all self service so queues at busy times. Lack of staff was the downfall but everything else was good.

Very hotel and friendly staff. Only slight complaint is the hotel closing just before 11pm. Wouldn`t definitely recommend

No evening meal on a Monday night was very disappointing as all the local eateries were booked for pre show meals.The standard double room that came with the package was very small for a 4*double but acceptable for a one night show break. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and helpful

No bath ,wife likes those . Bathroom a bit small for a deluxe. Overall , quiet an centrally Located, so pretty good. I`d probably stay somewhere with more going on in the evening ,like a a hotel with bar/restaurant a bit busier , where I could people watch .

When we booked in to the hotel the receptionist said they had not got the payment from yourselfs and took 280 pounds off of my card after threatening to call the police they checked with your reference and found it had been paid and refunded my money after a couple of hours

Clean, quiet which was all we needed. Staff very helpful. Hotel is within walking distance of at least 8 different theatres and 50 yds from Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery.

The hotel was fine, some staff are friendly and some are not. The room doors bang everytime someone opens one near you. Leaky shower tray, but otherwise enjoyable.

Cannot fault anything with this hotel. Great location, clean, welcoming. Sadly no bar for us at the end of the night but were able to purchase drinks to take to the room.

Hotel was lovely and clean, has everything you need for your stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was sooo nice. Don`t have to worry about not getting a meal if it`s late when you come out of a show as you can order almost anything to your room 24/7. Literally 2 mins walk to the theatre and very close to big attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has friendly helpful staff. The entire hotel is super clean felt very safe . Breakfast excellent. Great location for the Garrick theatre.

Super room. Lovely big comfy bed. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Only negatives were only one set of towels for two of us and no room fridge.

Hotel was very central to trafalgar sq, it was very quiet as hotel was located up a side street, hotel room was lovely, bed very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, just one criticism, the hotel rooms could do with USB charging points.
