Hotel is in an ideal location with access to the river and amazing views of the Tower Bridge. Our toom was clean and well presented. No access to a fridge fir milk ,snacks etc. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. We did self check in but should have been told about the grey room keys for prepaid breakfast. We had to have a discussion on the first day about out room key being the wrong colour at breakfast. Handy Tesco around the corner and plenty of eateries at St Katherine`s Dock if the restaurant onsite isn`t suitable for you. Nearest tube or bus is 10mins walk and is good for lots of routes for the city. I would stay at this hotel again it was convenient and comfortable.

Great views, great location, dated, definitely needs work doing to it. Asked for our room to be serviced but it didn`t get done. Phone reception for towels and toilet tissue and had to go down myself. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and room wasn`t serviced once. Poor hospitality

Fantastic location - room could do with a little updating/decorating. Comfy bed, friendly staff.

FOH staff unhelpful. When asked for additional milk, they told me to ring housekeeping rather than offering to solve the issue straight away. Concierge staff very helpful and attentive.

Lovely, hotel rooms a bit tired, but clean & very comfy beds & had a Tower Bridge view which was excellent.

The toilet seat was lose, there were three cracked flat tile in the bathroom, there was a hole in the wall under the sink and the room was not as clean as expected. Good location but the details highlighted here resulted in a disappointing stay.

Room problems never resolved despite raising them every single day with hotel staff, hugely disappointing Shower ran from scalding hot to freezing cold every few seconds. Spoke to reception team 3 x times who promised to contact maintenance. Leaving today after full weekend break and still not fixed. Not even any contact from reception to see if everything ok.. Room functional but furniture very dated with a lot of door handles missing. Central location was amazing and so handy for everything. Tony the concierge was so helpful with transport and tips for places to go.

The room was clean but tired, very old furniture, Mark in the bath and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Not to 4 star standard. Very polite and helpful staff on reception and at the concierge desk.

Upgraded but not eorth it. Mini bar hsd one G&T in it. Asked for top up on way out to a show. Nothing done.

All staff very obliging and nothing was too much trouble.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our experience and our stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We had a lovely clean room with magnificent views of Tower Bridge which looked amazing at night. As it was my wife`s 60th birthday the hotel had also arranged for a complimentary cake waiting for us in the room, such a lovely touch. The hotel itself is in a fabulous location and is superb in every aspect. We will definitely stay here again.

We upgraded as we were told that the room we had booked was small so paid £100 extra for two nights in an executive room. The sink wouldn`t drain and shower was loose on the wall which I wouldn`t have expected but the lady who cleaned our room was lovely and very accommodating 128522;

Location good but hotel rather tired. Toilet seat broken, sink slow to drain and hot water intermittent. Twin bedded room with only one bedside table secured to one side. Light switch for both beds only on one side with shades broken. No information for room, air conditioning ,or tv controls. Wooden furniture badly scuffed and marked. A four star hotel it is not.

Great location for a stay. The hotel was clean with helpful staff. I thought the rooms were a bit dated and would benefit from a freshen up to the decor, but really no issues or complaints

We stayed for three nights and hotel was ideally situated for the activities we had planned Our room overlooked the docks and was clean although bathroom facilities could do with an upgrade All staff were friendly helpful and polite Excellent breakfast and such a variety Only downside was only 2 of the four lifts were work g during our stay

Hotel perfectly situated next to Tower of London, Tower Bridge. Staff were friendly & helpful. Concierge service was great. We were 4 adults. Allocated rooms weren`t completely cleaned. Half used shower gel on side of the bath/shower, half loo roll, 2 tea bags. Housekeeping helped. 2/4 lifts in use. Staff advised use of the service lifts. Lifts fail, tell your guests about service lifts at check-in. Don`t wait for enquiries. Vicinity bar, service was poor. Staff were available but we were ignored for 20 minutes. After attracting a staff member, we waited 10 mins more for service, then 15 minutes drinks. It wasn`t really busy in either bar. Poor experience. It`s the small things that matter. Our weekend break was lovely, but we noticed the issues. You have great staff. Making small changes will make it a great experience. We`d use the hotel again. We acknowledge the hospitality industry is struggling & anticipate it will improve.

Package was very competitively priced and the room was very good.

The service was very slow The room were very warm and air con didn`t work , they were very small and tired. The TV would either turn itself off or default to bbc 1 regardless of what we were watching even after it had been reported to reception. The beds were very uncomfortable and we did not have a good night sleep.

Upgraded the room for £20. Wish we hadn`t. Very dated, shower was old. Tv didn`t work properly. Good thing the bed was comfy.

Lovely hotel and location but Saturday morning there was maintenance going on above us with constant drilling for over an hour I nightmare !!!!

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean, very good service. Breakfast was a bit on the expensive side and better quality of bacon is required, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
