Fabulous location and Helpful staff

Location and view excellent. Bathroom dated and shower not working properly but hotel staff very helpful

Great service from all staff, friendly atmosphere and great location on the river, lots to do all in walkin distance.

As above, shower in room was awful pressure and receptionist offered nothing when we complained other than to log it.

Booked this Hotel well in advance as a theatre break and paid a lot of money thinking that we would be in a good room with a good view but NO this was not the case. We got the worse possible room with out a view either of the Bridge nor the Mariner. Was not happy and would certainly not book with this company again.

60th Birthday celebration, fabulous hotel in great position. Room was lovely although terrible smell from bathroom (drains I would imagine) Rectified later in day

The hotel could not be situated in a better place with perfect views of the marina and Tower Bridge. The staff are friendly and helpful and although the rooms are showing a few signs of wear and tear they are clean, well presented and well equipped. Unfortunately, due to an unruly guest the fire alarm was triggered at 2:30 am and the ensuing confusion meant that we were kept awake for an hour. No apology was offered and the incident was not mentioned until I queried it at checkout later the same morning.

Very small room with limited facilities not even room for a comfy chair. Very noisy during night even disturbed by youths on street below and we were 5 floors up. Felt some staff to be very abrupt boadering on rude in way they spoke to us

Good service, room was slightly small, but great view of the docs. Bed was comfortable. Shower hot. Very good over all

Great view but the room needed some TLC - wallpaper coming away, headboard not properly attached to the wall, door handles on the wardrobe coming away in our hands. Shame as the location is lovely.

Came down for breakfast 0815hrs sat moved to another area to eat breakfast I had the cooked breakfast but they had not lit the hot plates to keep the food hot

Staff were very polite, room was lovely and a fabulous location. Looked after our bags on last day so we didn`t have to carry them round until our train and were brilliant at sorting us a taxi to the theatre and back so we felt very safe. Both Drivers were excellent and informed us on our phone as they were a little late due to traffic - excellent service

The hotel lobby was lovely, rooms slightly dated Had a lovely stay didn`t spend I had time in the hotel as was out sight seeing large que for breakfast at 9am so need to have early breakfast or later breakfast to avoid Ques

The hotel is well located close to buses, underground and river buses. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms clean. The staff are friendly and work very hard, breakfast is well organised with a good range of food. Some of the public areas are now a little tired but it is excellent value for money.

Fantastic hotel we arrived early was offered an upgraded room with an amazing view of tower bridge, staff are very helpful.

Maybe it might be an idea to have the room colder then at least it is easier to warm them up.

Took 30 mins to check in. Toilet exceptionally low suitable for a child and not for adults Reception assured us we would have separate shower but it wasn`t which was difficult for my wife.

We have stayed here before and our second visit didn`t disappoint.

We had a very comfortable and lovely overnight stay in the Tower Hotel and we were lucky enough for our view to overlook Tower Bridge and the river. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was a great experience and the cherry on top for us was the birthday gift for my wife. The view of the bridge just summed up our whole experience, exceptional.
