Really nice hotel, smelt amazing, staff really helpful and amazing

Lovely room, comfortable beds & a wonderful view of Tower Bridge & the River Thames. Great cooked breakfast the following morning.

Hotel in a great location staff very helpful rooms are clean but need a bit if tlc the bathroom had mould around the bath which looked unsightly! Bed was comfortable the room had excellent views

Have stayed at this hotel 4 times location is great right by Tower Bridge and the Tower of London Tower Hill tube station is 5mins walking up the road, St Catherine Dock is right behind the hotel with plenty of places to eat and drink we will definitely be staying again 128512;

Phenomenal view and location - the hotel building itself is not the prettiest and perhaps some of the woodwork in the room was a little tired but the welcome was warm, the breakfast as you would expect for this standard of hotel and the bed excellent.

I checked in and the receptionist asked if I wanted to upgrade my room to a much better one and told me I would have a `beautiful room with a beautiful view` as it was my daughters first time in London I agreed. My room was not `beautiful` if this was the upgrade how bad are the normal rooms? There were many issues but I thought at least I still had the `beautiful` view, no, looking out of the window I can see loads of air conditioning units, I could see Tower bridge but the window was that dirty the view was not `beautiful` either, so if your offered an upgrade my advice would be refuse, The only saving grace was when I spoke to reception the lady I dealt with was helpful and refunded my upgrade payment. I have stayed in much better hotels in London for a lot less money.

Bedroom was good but bathroom in room 217 needs a total refurbishment! Breakfast at £22 each was a no no. Both my wife and I have stayed here before but sadly we will not be returning.

The hotel was great, a little tired in places but good location and the staff were pleasant to deal with. I had my heavily pregnant daughter in law with me who can`t walk too far and was pleased that i managed to get a parking space at the hotel without any issues.

Visited the Tower many times, love the location, hotel rooms are tired now and bathroom old fashioned but adequate. Great price though, and right beside our favourite spot, st Katherine`s Dock

Can back from concert no food other than snacks available. One of the bedside lights did not work; shower head needed cleaning; no hotle info available either in booklet form or as a menu on the TV. (How do you activate the heated towel rail?) There was more detail, but lifes` too short. Would not stay there again.

We love this hotel, friendly staff, prime location by Tower Bridge and the Thames, wonderful food and bar overlooking river, see you next year!

The hotel break was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and my wife`s 70th Birthday. We had an excellent room with views right on to Tower Bridge. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The overall experience of the Tower Hotel was excellent.

Lovely hotel, perfect destination for visiting London. The views from our room were outstanding; we were on the 4 th floor . 5 minute Walking distance to the Tower of London, Thames city cruise, Tower Bridge & lots more. Room was a bit tired & bathroom very small but perfectly adequate for our needs. The night time views from our window were spectacular, which far out weigh the deco of our room. I would return without a doubt. Restaurant also very nice with more modern deco. Very friendly staff & reasonable pricing on everything we visited in London 128149;128149;

Room was tired looking, but very clean. A mix up regarding room was quickly resolved with an apology, and compensation which included breakfast for the duration of our stay. All staff were friendly and helpful especially Lyla the duty manager who dealt with our complaint in a professional mannere. We will definitely return. Mr & Mrs B Rosser

Pros: Brilliant location and close to tube station, lovely views from all 3 rooms we booked, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff we encountered were pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Cons: Furnishings and bathroom could do with a refurb, the air con needs to be more powerful particularly during a London heatwave as we experienced because the rooms were stifling at night. Would have been good if the minibar worked also. Without these issues would have rated as excellent. Overall though we loved it and would stay again.

The tower hotel was great for our short stay at London. The hotel is situated in a lovely part of London - right along the bridge. The staff were some of the best I have come across, they were welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean tidy and well equipped and the breakfast was also a great bonus. Would most definitely stay here again.

Alround great experience, well located to underground and probably best room views in London and st Katherines dock is beautiful with plenty of places to eat & drink ,we definitely be using again. Many thanks 128522;.

Was told the hotel was near the show but it took half an hour by taxi and cost 30 pounds each way.Lighting poor in bathroom to shave /makeup.Hotel position excellent. Staff friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed,hot powerful shower and pleasant staff but bathroom needs refurbishment,and you could spend your break in the lifts when you finally get in one.Couldn`t find stairs.

The lady on reception was lovely. We upgraded our room, and whilst we had an amazing view, the room itself was disappointing. The window was filthy, we tried to clean it to appreciate the view we had paid extra for! The bathroom was very tired, the toilet seat was broken and the whole room was quite grubby.

The Tower Hill hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff are very helpful and friendly - cannot fault this. The hotel bedrooms are sadly in need of a freshen-up as they are tired-looking and worn; the air-con didn`t seem to be working properly at all leaving the room stuffy. Otherwise fine.

Very warm welcome from the staff, room very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, brilliant views of marina and Tower Bridge. Stones throw walk to Tower of London and an easy commute to central London and other landmarks . Plenty of restaurants within a small walk

A brilliant hotel in an amazing location. Everything was great - the room was brilliant overlooking the Thames & Tower Bridge. The staff, at every level were professional, friendly & helpful. Thank you for making this weekend trip for my adult daughter`s Birthday treat so fantastic. I`ve stayed at The Tower Hotel before but this was the best yet - thank you!

Great location on Thames with loads of amenities and attractions close by. On the negative side, it`s certainly very pricey and for a hotel if this quality not to offer tea/ coffee making facilities in the room is not acceptable !
