We were warmly welcomed by receptionist Gina who was professional and friendly. The rooms was very comfortable with fantastic views of Tower Bridge. Everything you need st your doorstep. Highly recommended.

The hotel, for the most part, is lovely. Upon arrival we were advised that our room was tiny and cramped and not suitable for two people. We were offered an upgrade for £20. Brilliant! Unfortunately we were very disappointed that the bath was dirty and the shower pulsed hot and cold water. Not ideal.

I chose this hotel because of the location and value for money, the staff were friendly and helpful and the complimentary bottle of wine from them was a nice touch as I had put a note on the booking to say it was my husband`s birthday. The view from the room was exceptional, had a good night`s sleep and the breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. Would definitely recommend and would hope to stay again in the future.

Very cold in some of rooms. Needed renovating. Location excellent. Will be back but only when is warm. Paid extra for better rooms but waste 2 hours moving from one room to another because heating been no working properly. Been

Ideal location, extremely helpful and pleasant staff, hotel offers every facility, unfortunately the bedroom and bathroom were tired! For us we do not think you could have a more pleasing view from your room.

The staff are very welcoming and extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is immaculate nor a spec of dust anywhere. The views are awesome the rooms are clean and comfortable the bed will ensure a good nights sleep. I will be using this hotel again

The room looked fantastic with good faculties and furnishings and fantastic view of Tower Bridge.The standard of cleaning was high but communication between cleaners and maintenance seemed lacking. It was a surprise to discover in a bathroom with beautiful gleaming tiles that the bath sealant was a mass of black mould, the washing line no longer retracted and from the knots in the line had probably no t worked for a while and the wardrobe door seemed to have had a coat of undercoat and large patches of paint missing ( room 367). If we had been staying for longer I would have accepted the offer of a new room and hope that these problems are swiftly resolved.

For one night and not much time actually spent in the room, it was ok. Bath was dirty so it was a good job we just had a shower. Room was run down and dirty.

On arrival, we were told the room we had booked, which had a full view of the tower bridge, had been given to Americans. They said because that was a big group that was arriving, and they were staying an extra day, they had priority over us. This I found totally unacceptable. The gentleman checking us in, whilst polite, once I`d said we`d paid extra for that room, dismissed that, and said it wasn`t about the money, but surely it was as it was our money. Also the lift situation was a total farce, you got in and it was up and down, without going to the reception, once it took 15 minutes to reach the ground floor. The room was freezing, but they did provide a small heater. The seal on the window had gone and the wind was whistling through. No heated towel rail, so towels were damp. On a positive, good location, lovely staff.

Have stayed at the Tower Hotel before, the room we had was dated, mould in the corner behind the curtains. couldn`t adjust the room temperature and was noisy. Asked to move, but the rooms offered were even worse, dark and dingy. So disappointing as was booked as a Christmas/birthday trip

Great location next to Tower Bridge with underground car park. We had a lovely view looking over the bridge which was great at night when lit up. Hotel room was a reasonable size but needing a refit. Breakfast was fine. Not enough lifts for the size of hotel.

Great hotel lovely view of the tower staff were lovely very helpful. Rooms were very spacious lovely decor some areas could have done with a coat of paint on the woodwork but overall very nice

This was our first stay at the Tower Hotel and it did not disappoint. A Lovely looking hotel from the outside, which was especially so due to the stunning lights on the bridge. Our booking in went very well and the staff very polite. We were lucky enough to get a beautiful room overlooking the docks with all the boats lit up with Christmas lights. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable and all facilities in the room were good. The only downside, and it was only little was the bathroom sink and bath could do with upgrading. They looked very tired. That aside, we are not complaining as everything was very clean.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel as it was my 21st Birthday and the hotel was super accommodating and even gave me a free cheesecake, a card and bottle of wine, which I loved! All staff were lovely and the hotel was beautiful. The view from our room was also great.Will definitely be stopping again!

Room was dirty, toilet had not been flushed from previous use and was very dirty. Room was tired looking and felt dirty. View was great and breakfast was average. Tv also kept turning itself off. Would not recommend.

In general the hotel was clean and tidy although the en suite decor looked a little tired. It was also dissapointing not to have had breakfast included within the package deal.

Towel rail and phone in room did not work This was our 6 visit, every other visit has been amazing the location is amazing and close to the underground

Breakfast on Sunday - area was the one further away and room was very cold. Breakfast very good. The service in the vicinity restaurant was quite slow. I ordered an orange juice and it sat on the bar for about 10 minutes before it was brought over to me

Very welcoming, very clean. Stayed here a few times before and views are good whichever room you are in.

Staff were all helpful and able to provide the information needed. Early check in on arrival and looking after cases on departure really helped. Room was a little tired but fine for a few days stay. It was a little chilly in the room and the toilet flush was struggling so informed staff on departure. Loved the bridge view, it was fabulous, and the location to local attractions was perfect.

Hotel a little tired- scuffed wardrobes and cracked sink- but very spacious room and large tv. Powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Very comfortable bed so pros definitely out weigh the cons. Breakfast a little pricey but plentiful with good choice so no complaints there either. All in all most enjoyable stay

Perfectly positioned hotel looking out over Tower Bridge (book a river view room). My girlfriend was on crutches due to an accident a few days before and the staff were so kind and helpful. View from the room on floor 3 was breathtaking, looking over Tower Bridge and the Shard. We enjoyed the Jack Daniels bar in the evening with similar night views. Will definitely come back.

Wow, what a hotel. We stayed here on Fri 17th Nov room 777 for one night. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade to have a free mini drinks bar in room but as we don`t really drink and we`re planning on seeing all the sights opted to stick to our original choice. So pleased we did. Our room was stunning. Facing right out onto the river Thames and right next to the tower bridge. It was stunning all lit up on the night time we slept with the curtains open most of the night. The room was spacious enough for 2 people. Loads and loads of storage. Piping hot shower that didn`t trickle, definitely worth mentioning. Room had all the facilities you would need, kettle, complimentary water bottles, iron, iron board, a safe, toiletries. Staff were great and would definitely come back again especially to this room. Thank you for such an amazing stay in your gorgeous hotel.
