Fantastic location and great hotel. Only negative was the extremely loud air conditioning, which was needed all the time.

We`ve stayed here before and will stay again. It`s not in amongst the hustle and bustle but just a 5-10 minute walk from bars, pubs, restaurants and within walking distance of most theatres.

Excellent service, staff really friendly, room was spacious and very clean. Would def book again!

We had a 30 minute or so wait for our room to be ready, but this compensated by being given a 15% off voucher for use in the bar/restaurant , which was a good gesture on their part.

Our room was ok but we had issues. The shower screen allowed water to run on to the floor , which had to be soaked up with a towel. The air conditioning unit above the bed made a loud noise every few seconds making it impossible to sleep. We tried turning the air conditioning off but the noise (like a motor trying to start up) continued all night. We had a main meal in the restaurant but unfortunately had to wait 40 minutes for the food to be served. Despite asking for 2 steaks cooked medium to well done, one steak was medium rare and the other was well done. Due to the long wait for our meal, we didn`t have time to send the food back as we had to get to the show. The waiter did knock the service charge off the bill due to the issues we had.

Only thing was air con didn`t work so was fairly warm

Been to London a few times but this was by far the best hotel. Very clean comfortable rooms, breakfast was very good and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Would definitely rebook

We were In a room where the air conditioning didn`t work and we are in a heat wave.

Would have given excellent but our room wasn`t ready for 3pm check in... In face we had to wait until 4.15 and had dinner reservation at 5. 30 so that was disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel clean.

Nice ansd friendly hotel. Rooms are a great size with comfy beds. We booked breakfast as an extra and it was suberb.

Great hotel. Warm and welcoming staff. So grateful they could swap a double bed room to a twin room because of a change of circumstances. The room was comfortable and the hotel walking distance from the theatre, shops and museums. Would definitely be back.

Brilliant friendly staff

The staff were wonderful, particularly the housekeeping and reception staff. We booked in for 7 days, unfortunately the room was entirely unsuitable for a stay of this length. It was small and had one small wardrobe with 4 hangers and no other provision for clothes! Two large chairs were in front of the window, these should be removed and replaced with a chest of drawers. We lived out of suitcases for the week which wasn`t great. However, the hotel is in a great central area, the room temperature is easy to maintain and the beds are comfy. One final note, we requested a low floor and were put on the fourth floor of 5!

Whst a little gem of a hotel right near the theatre walking distance the reception staff were lovely and accommodating room was small but clean and great air con. Very pleasantly surprised to find posecco in our room as a birthday gesture from the hotel fabulous would definitely stay again also excellent breakfast

The suite was great, huge bed with his and her TV`s!

This is our 2nd visit to this hotel , another great visit . The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful , highly recommend a stay lovely clean rooms and an excellent breakfast plenty of choice.

Not having stayed here before the directions from Hotel Direct were terrible. Ended up going in another hotel who kindly directed us here. First impressions were a lovely looking central hotel for London. When registering several staff members clearly had a problem with each other and it showed! Assuming she was the housekeeper, this lady was not welcoming at all and could clearly benefit from some customer service training!! The bar seemed to be self service as never manned! More staff required on a Saturday night definitely.

Great hotel staff and service excellent

The hotel is well positioned for access to multiple areas, including all of the theatres. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

We would use again which speaks books. Clean, comfortable and the staff were lovely.

Breakfast was not worth paying £15 for!

Not what I expected for the money breakfast was great put room not that good I`ve stayed in better primmer inns for cheaper

The air conditioner in room 232 on our third night broke. Even though it was Off, every 15 mins it switched on with a loud gurgling sound. We reported the issue to reception who had no one on duty to help and no room to swap for us. All night every 15 mins the machine made it`s loud gurgling noise that lasted for around 1 min. My wife and myself got little to no sleep, at least our daughter slept through this. Again we complained the next morning, and we were eventually given another room 623 for our final night. The lack of sleep ruined our plans for the next day as we were so tired. On composing to the hotel we were advised that we would receive 1 night refund due to the issues that would be processed (over £300)It has been over a week and we have received nothing. Please look into this for us.
