A hotel that was relaxing from entering to lovely rooms offering great value food and drinks. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

The rooms ( we had two) were clean and comfortable, they had an added bonus, fabulous air conditioning which is rare in many hotels which was handy as it was very hot in London when we stayed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay there again. Very near Oxford street, short walk to Covent garden and theatre district.

Well placed for the theatre, staff helpful & friendly. We had two rooms, one of which was well equipped, bright & pleasant the other was rather dark and dreary. Bathroom was good but no soap provided & the safe didn`t work.

Great hotel which was well located. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean Highly recommended

Good hotel within walking distance of covent gsrden soho and oxford Street Friendly staff and comfy beds would recommend

We were upgraded as soon as we were arrived which was excellent. We can`t fault the room apart from not having a fan in the bathroom. We waited in the bar area for our room to be ready for about an hour though and had to then ask if it was ready which it was. We were served coffee in the bar but had to wait a long time for the milk to be served with it.

Very nice hotel, lovely and central, very helpful staff

We paid for a rail and hotel package which wasn`t cheap.Arrived 225pm and told check in 3 pm so fair enough..waited until 310pm and rooms still not ready .Not a good start.Rooms functional but in need of updating in certain areas.Told by receptionist breakfast was £15 per person and went for breakfast and they tried to charge £18.50 each so argued and they relented.Not a good way to treat patrons..could understand the higher cost if I just walked in off street.Location excellent..just away from noise of Covent Garden.

Everything we needed

The shower didn`t drain properly and was not as hot as I would have liked. The temperature in the room was cool and changing the thermostat to 28+ made no difference. The bed side lamps had not been dusted properly

Hotel room was quite spacious but the room was a bit noisy at night - not sure what was causing it. Hotel staff were polite and helpful.

Hotel was lovely and the staff. We ate in the restaurant early so only the two of us in there. I ordered mussels and was told they had no skin on fries, I said I would have bread instead. We had to call staff over on a few occasions to order more wine and clear the table. Then after paying the bill the waiter came over and said we had been undercharged by £1.98! Thought this could have been wavered considering I had BREAD and not fries?

Damp .... no hot water /Dirty towels/horrendous noise in the morning I would not advise staying in this hotel and have taken this matter higher

Booked this hotel but on arrival they did not have a room for us so we had to go to a sister hotel which was not the same rating. Very disappointed.

Staff very helpful and courteous, hotel very clean and comfortable. A number of things on the menu were not available which was disappointed but what we had to eat was very well prepared.

The hotel location in Bloomsbury was ideal for visiting British Museum and very handy for an easy stroll to theatre land.

The room gave us everything we needed for our break, staff were very good also

We had two rooms, In one room it was very dusty and bath not cleaned properly. During the night there was a clicking noise continuously Second room there was no tv control, the fan for the bathroom didn`t go off at all, resulting in not sleeping well

The hotel and staff were great. Clean comfortable rooms. Excellent service

Service very good and responsive to our problem of mould in bathroom blind. However it should have been picked up by room staff before. Otherwise had a very pleasant stay in ideal location for theatre and restaurant.

Clean and modern with good facilities - would stay here again.

The hotel made us welcome from the minute we arrived. It was my wife`s birthday and there was drink and a hand written card in our room wishing her a happy birthday. I thought such personal touches were a thing of the past. Thank you. We will be back.
