Amazing hotel, tasty varied breakfast and professional, friendly and welcoming staff!

This hotel could not be faulted. We had a clean, quiet and spacious room, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was wide-ranging and of the highest quality. Staff were particularly helpful and courteous. We would certainly return or recommend it to others. Also, very close to bus stops and Marble Arch tube station

Such a great location for a London visit, easy tube station and close to great shops and winter wonderland. Staff super helpful and room clean and replenished daily. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is great position, friendly, polite and welcoming staff. Room was spotless and very comfortable with free added extras! Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of choices including a chef omelette station! Food was delicious in both restaurants and at breakfast. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Very well positioned hotel for tube and a walk away from the beautiful Hyde Park. Very modern and clean with very friendly staff. Would recommend.

The hotel was exceptional. Particularly the staff. All friendly and helpful. I lost my necklace and they emailed me to say they had found it. The rooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. Great breakfast. I can`t fault it.

Clean room, comfortable bedding. Had an issue with house keeping - one room we booked had no shower gel (we assumed there was only soap available) but the other was supplied with shower gel! One room had consumables replenished, the other did not!! No milk left!! Phoned reception but after 30 mins had to go downstairs from 8th floor and no one able to supply milk sachets!!

Booked via HotelsDirect theatre break, good price for London. V convenient, 2 tube stations close by. Quiet area, off Oxford St, near shopping. Check in was easy/friendly, with complimentary prosecco. Reception is clean, bright, felt very fresh. We didn`t eat/drink at the hotel (out at the theatre/restaurant booked). Twin room, 6th floor - window onto inner space & other hotel rooms. Spacious room, comfy beds, good cupboard space & shelf/space in the bathroom, great shower & toiletries. Complimentary water & cans of coke. Air con worked well, fridge was a bit noisy, but did not disturb sleep. Heard some noise outside the room - wheelie suitcases leaving, but not bad & you do expect some disturbance with people leaving rooms. Check out was busy, easy for us as we had paid via HotelsDirect & just handed in our room key. We left out bags with the concierge for the day & collected later.

I have stayed in many hotels in London from very good to very poor. I rate this hotel as probably the very best for many reasons. The staff are exceptionally professional and friendly with a clear intention of making your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are modern and housekeeping cannot do enough to oblige with any requests you need for your room. My next stay in London with definitely be at the Thistle London Mable Arch.

only 2 towels for 3 guests, no bathmat. we are three elderly lady guests, on the night we stayed the phone rang 3 time after midnight person at the other end only stopped ringing when we told him we would contact security. MANAGER told us nothing to do with them was probably another resident not their problem. not enough tea and milk for 3 guests, when rang room service told would be £5 per person for them to send up Tea, Said not paying . Room Service arrived with tea for one, eventually another teas were sent. Scuffy Chairs in Grill Bar, Dirty Lifts Some Staff were complaining that they dont want to be there. Member of front of House staff bashed on wall aggressivly . Will not be staying at this Hotel again and will not recommend either

Lovely hotel. Very handy for underground. Room immaculate. Free mini bar, soft drinks. Staff very helpful especially the door staff.

On first impresseions I did not think it looked like a 4 star hotel. The lady on the reception was not very welcoming or friendly. She kept us waiting for 13mins while checking the computer for our dedtails. When I asked her if their was a problem she just said no and continued to keep us waiting. After a further 5 mins said coujld not check in until 3pm and to come back at 2 pm, We the waited in the lounge which after about 30 mins she came and said the the room we had been allocated was not available as the previous guests had not checked out. We eventually got checked in another room at 3 pm. The room was spacious well furnished and modern although we had to ask for the dressing gown and slippers plus the te4lephone was not working. I found the rest of the staff were very friendly amd efficient. There are certain areas of the hotel that need updating

Hotel was in a good position. Room clean. Bed comfy. Really good choice for breakfast and tasty. Room was quiet and cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend it

No complaints about the hotel, room was good, complimentary mini bar (don`t get too excited about the contents though!), staff were courteous and polite. Only slight negative, food on the hot servery for breakfast wasn`t piping hot, buy the time it had `journeyed` from servery to table, most of it was cold or at best lukewarm.

Staff were helpful room was a lovely size, carpet was threadbare and looked as though it should be replaced, but still a lovely stay.

Needed a sofa bed made up for 9 year old. Reminded check in staff and returned at 11pm to find bed unmade and housekeeping had gone home. We waited for concierge to sort, not ideal late at night. Excuse was that the hotel was full and staff were struggling to manage.

Sat at one end of Oxford st (marble arch) the hotel is ideally suited for both shoppers and those who like a stroll with Hyde park on the door step. The accommodation is acceptable at this price range and our room was very clean and kept that way daily with fresh toiletries and towels. The rooms and restaurants feature a subtle/slight "art deco" style which I liked. We opted for the breakfast package and again it was fitting of a 4 star hotel with a very good range of both hot and cold foods. On booking and with rail prices being so high at the moment we opted for an agent who could offer a hotel and rail package combination and we believe we saved circa £200. All the staff were very courteous and well mannered, Would we use it again "Yes we would"

We had a lovely 2 night stay in an executive twin room. The hotel is very high standard. All staff we came into contact with were very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and the room was huge. Perfect for the 3 of us. The lounge was an added bonus. Lovely breakfast and snacks drinks through the day. The tube was near and it`s right in oxford street. I definitely would stay again.

This hotel is very well situated for accessing the shops and London attractions. The staff are very friendly and accommodating - the breakfast and rooms are great and car parking is just below the hotel so all in all 10/10
