Next to Belfast Opera House right in the city centre. Lovely modern hotel with wonderful spacious rooms - luxury superking beds. Nice touches like complementary chocs each day.

Superb location adjacent to the Opera House and at the top of the central shopping area. Also fantastic pubs opposite - the Crown owned by National Trust and the adjacent Robinsons with Irish music each night. Great array of restaurants close by and parking opposite hotel at McCauslands. Super breakfast.

Hotel is in a great location walking distance from any city venues. Excelent service from staff and in spotless prestine condtion. A credit to all associated with this hotel.

To continue from above the hotel was disappointing . The bedroom was very dark with little light eventhough it was a very bright sunny day . The corridor to the bedrooms was really dark with only electric lighting when on . The restaurant was also dark , hot , very poor ventilation with no natural light . While the food was excellent the restaurant itself was disappointing ,

We spent the night in Belfast and couldnt have chosen a better location to stay! The hotel is central, the service was very good and the accomodation was lovely, very modern and funky!

My son had just got married and they were upgraded to an executive suite. Service was excellent and the staff most courteous, thank you.

Location was great - so central and minimal road crossing and traffic. Staff were wonderful and hotel was so pristine and clean - and in addition we had a wonderful dinner there also. Highly recommended - we will definately book again

All the staff in the hotel were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Only one slight problem was the time it took to serve our dinner. Both nights we ate in the hotel we waited over an hour for our main course, but the food was delicious when it finally arrived.

Good location, friendly staff. Impressive lobby with open fire. Room was very nice. The bar was a bit packed on the Saturday night so was a bit disappointing that we couldn`t have a drink and relax. Seems that non-residents go there a lot. Excellent breakfast and service

First stay in Fitzwilliam hotel,me and my guests were all very impressed.The hotel itself is very modern and well decorated.Rooms very spacious as is the trendy bathroom.The staff were all very polite,friendly and helpful which is a big issue for me,they were a real plus point of the stay.

The hotel is magnificant, beautifully presented, top quality room food and service eccellent. Highly recommended

This hotel was a great find. Lovely friendly staff welcome you into this modern location. Room facilities were great. Very comfortable beds...slept like a baby!

Very nice, clean, well decorated rooms. T.V & stereo system plus free wifi connection.Breakfast was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

I thought The Hotel was fine. The staff were very friendly and efficient but I wouldn`t rate it 5 star. Corridors too dark and design of restaurant not great. cleanliness good and service excellent. I would stay again but wouldn`t pay for my car. £15 per night is ridiculous.

Bright airy hotel. Very clean with friendly staff and great position for access to city centre. Excellent restaurant and affordable. would definitely return.
