This hotel definitely exceeded expectations. It was clean, well located to all the attractions & restaurants and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was a little high priced if you only fancy a bit of toast or cereal but there was so much to choose from and catered for everyone. Our room looked out over Barcelona city and the views from the pool/solarium terraces were even better. The pool was rather cold and the chairs on the terrace slightly uncomfortable but it was a great space to relax in the sun after a day of sightseeing! Overall we had a great holiday and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

we were given a room which was really lovely and modern with all the you would want, except for the window. Which when opened looked down a shaft that started at the rooftop pool and went to the ground floor were wine was kept, (it wasnt a wine cellar) so had no direct light.The other couple we travelled with were given a lovely room with a terrace. When we saw this we asked to be moved but they said we should have asked sooner and refused. So make sure you dont settle for this room as soon as you arrive.

I found the staff at the hotel to be very friendly and helpful. All four members of my group would definitely book again. The hotel was located just a short walk (approx 5-10 minutes) from Las Ramblas.

A great location for visiting Barcelona able to walk to the key sites and lovely to come back and relax by a compact but very clean rooftop pool. We will be returning again.

Only 5 mins from Las Rambles and was happy with the roof top area with pool.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room - which was a shame, but everything else was spot on.

Room very cold on arrival, and fairly relaxed attitude to rectifying, but eventually allotted new , bigger room. Good but noisy. Excellent location. No double beds!

Friendly staff, and lovely room. Did not take advantage of the facilities as Barcelona has too much to offer. Very good rates through hotel direct, highly recommended

We requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel, and were allocated one with a verandah which was an added bonus. I requested an extra pillow which arrived within 30 minutes - great service. Only issue we had was that with no tea making facilities in the room you couldn`t get a cup of tea/coffee after 11pm when bar and room service closed down! However, would certainly use this hotel again on a repeat visit.

nice hotel good access to ramblas and the port .Only problem if you have a room over the avenue de parrallel it is an extremely busy main road can get noisy at night but they will move you if there is a problem.Staff are very helpful great transport links ie metro and buses very cheap taxis are no problem.

The Hotel xxxxx is conveniently placed next to the Paral-lel Metro station and funicular to Montjuic, and on several bus routes, whilst being only 5-10 minutes walk from the yacht harbour and Las Ramblas. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were good, and the many local bars and cafes give options for eating. The staff were polite and helpful. The above virtues outweighed the downside that it is on a noisy through road and not in the smartest area.

Did not get the room I booked. It was also next to the restaurant so sleeping in was not possible, too noisy! However, staff were nice and helpful and breakfast was good.

Stayed for 2 nights and the staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms immaculate and modern. Helped to make our short stay very special.

The hotel room was a little tired but clean. The rooftop pool was lovely. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been a bonus if there had been tea/coffee facilities in the room and an iron. I would have expected these in a 4* hotel.

Enjoued my stay at this hotel location was fabulous out the door turn left and your next left 5min to larambles , out the door turn left stright on 10mins to the port .

Location on the para-llel was near most of the main attractions, however this is one of the poorer areas of the city with strip bars and intimidating groups of teenagers on route to Las Ramblas. The hotel was nice and clean but there was no iron in the room, 3 requests later and we still went out in creases. Pool was very small and gym was disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall it was ok for a city centre hotel but possibly only worth 3*.

Loved the hotel 5/10 mins walk from ramblas! Great bonus having the sundeck and pool! Hotel staff verty friendly and helpful
