arrived early, receptionist very friendly got us a room straight awayRoom was spotless, well equipped, couldnt fault anything, breakfast was excellentwould stay here again and recommend to others

Overall experience was that it was a nice hotel, very clean and good location for central London. Hotel staff where polite and very helpful. Buffet breakfast excellent. Only stayed for one night but would stay again.

The hotel is situated right next to London Bridge train and tube staion, which makes it very easy to get to. The room was air conditioned so we were very comforatble. The hotel also provided us with a cott for our baby. Breakfast was buffet style so you could just get whatever you wanted until you were satisfied. Overall a relaxing break.

hotel was fantastic ideal location 2 seconds to underground breakfast was really good and hot room was very clean and cleaned every day there is a bar next door to hotel and there is a fantastic pub near the hms belfast two minutes away

We had stayed here before so we knew we were going to have a great stay. Yes, the breakfast again was brill, lots to eat both hot and cold, our room this time was at the rear they seem larger, at the moment there is ongoing work around the tube station so there is some noise but that is progress and you can manage this ok...once again we will return....

the breakfast was very poor, we came down for breakfast at 9.15 no sausages bacon eggs the other items on the breakfast bar had been there for a long time, the service was poor and had to ask more than once for tea coffee and toast.

Only stayed one night but would definately stay here again.

This hotel was excellent! The beds were the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel, and the cooked breakfast was excellent. The hotel is right beside a tube station, making sight-seeing very easy. I would recommend to anyone.

usually many hotels have a check out time of 10am, as I am disabled the extra two hours was wonderful for me to recover from the physical exertions of the busy weekend and get back on form for the journey home. The breakfast times suited us perfectly, 7-30 - 11-00 was wonderful, just being able to wake up naturally without having to rush in the case of missing breakfast. Most hotels finish serving at 9am, it may seem trivial but these little things made a big positive difference to our stay and for this reason we would definitely be coming again. Many Thanks.

The room was lovely, relaxing and cool. The only issues were the shower head being slightly broken and having to chase staff to get some toast at breakfast.

Very nice, clean, good staff, really good breakfast. But needed kettle etc in room and shame about brick wall blocking window on the 5th floor.

Lovely stay. The only down point was the difficulty in obtaining room service, the staff were unable to understand what I wanted (language barrier) and then phoned when we were about to go to bed to demand the money!

We thought that the hotel provided excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and polite, the rooms were generous in size and comfortable. I would definately use this hotel again.

Hotel very convenient for travelling in London. Quiet in spite of surrounding building work. Very clean and well designed. Excellent breakfast and dining room. Staff all friendly and helpful. Couldn`t fault it.

Our recent stay at the London Bridge Hotel couldn`t have been better. We were concerned about noise at first because of the construction nearby but didn`t hear a sound once we were in the hotel. The hotel staff was wonderful, many thanks to Robert for arranging cabs, tickets, etc., he is a gentleman and a real gem! The location is great, near trains and the tube, we would stay there again.

Comfortable room, clean and furnished with style. Good customer service and good facilities. Bathroom needed a bit of repair work but was clean. Really helpful with our 3 year old child.

Really enjoyed our stay at London Bridge. This is a first class hotel which is run very well with attentive, proffessional and friendly staff.

A lovely hotel, very close to London Bridge Underground station. Well maintained rooms and facilities with a very nice cooked breakfast in the morning. Great value for money. Beare though, the "shard" is being built next door and building work can be noisy.

This was the second stay here in two months. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, fantastic location. Recommend the pub across the road (Barrow boy and Banker) excellent pint of Honey Dew!

Stayed one night. LBH room was clean and comfortable with relaxing decor. Very little noise heard from busy street or next door bar. Staff in all areas were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was nicely cooked with plenty of choice (would appreciate a greater range of herbal teas).Thankyou

The hotel was just as expected after reading other reviews: staff really helpful and friendly, the hotel was lovely and clean, yes the rooms are small but very well equipped, clean and well presented and the breakfast was fantastic! Would definately return - thank you.
