I really enjoyed my stay at jury inn. They were very welcoming and friendly. I would highly reccomend them !My two kids enjoyed the stay too! Age 10 and 9.Would deffinently be coming back!! A *****
Given a decent size room with 2 double beds ..room clean especially bathroom...we were staying there to get the tube to spend the day in London leaving our car in the hotel car park..worked well. Would use it again.
Very poor provision of complementary goods. No hot chocolate for daughter, no biscuits, only 4 milks. Was expecting body lotion, as they advertise good complementary goods in write up.Breakfast was awful - no croissants, no hot water as both machines had broken, and staff would not get hot water from the kitchen.Tables were not being cleared, even though staff were around. The staff were not making any effort to interact with guests. Orange juice was watered down.The beds were very hard, and pillows uncomfortable.No papers evident. I stay in a lot of hotels with work, and because all 3 of my children are at Uni in different parts of the country. Even large places like the Ramadas and Premier Inns were miles better, let alone the places I choose to stay with my partner for a luxury break.This was my first stay at Jury`s Inn and I don`t intend to visit again.
It is reasonable price, clearn and nice place to stay
Price of hotel excellent,directions to it could have been better i.e it`s closer to T1 than i thought.The price of the breakfast was a bit expensive,maybe offer a smaller breakfast at a cheaper cost as some travellers don`t want a big meal before they fly.

I have been going for some years now.Always manage to get a rest and rooms are kept well.Good value for money.They are trying with their food but just keep missing the target,pity as its a nice hotel.
Spent 2 nights here. We found the staff very helpful and friendly and the room clean and spacious. Although only about 5 miles from Hampton Court, it took 2 buses and 50 minutes to get there but for flying out of Heathrow, it would be ideal.
Accomodation, restaraunt service and food very good, staff very helpful. Reception staff a little less organised we were given key card and details for room already occupied, and on entry visitors actually in the room. Fortunately staff member on level 4 floor corridoor and was able to contact reception and obtain an available room quickly saving us from embarrsment.
Just a short walk from the tube at Hatton Garden... next stop Heathrow.. Great for night before flight stay.

Comfortable room, hotel easy to find and handy for the underground, liked the card-only access to lifts. Only down side was the hourly-only Hoppa service to terminal 3.
Clean room, comfortable bed, convenient location, limited car parking ... so fine if that`s all you want. But go room only and eat and drink somewhere else! Bar food poor - I`ve had better burgers on the motorway. Basic shortages - even of glasses! Inexperienced management of clueless or poorly trained and inattentive staff. Guy on the next table had a ceiling water leak douche his laptop. Sorry guys, needs a shake up to stay in the real world! Doing simple things well is not rocket science!
Enjoyed the stay. Felt at home the moment that we arrived. Quickly settled in. Quite an exciting place with Pan Monde travellers and Cabin crews. The staff were polite and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Will come again. Could do with a spa and gym.
Nothing wrong with my stay. The walk from Hatton Cross brought it down a little. I was only there for one night and just slept there (no food or extras). The shower was fantastic though; really good water pressure.

The room was comfortable but again very cold until I turned up the A/C temperature control.I am sure it would be fine in summer or during a heatwave.The food in the restaurant was very average.Very convenient for the Airport and Hoppa bus on time

Perfect for us, with a lunchtime flight to Singapore, easy access to Terminal 3 and home
Built at the end of one of Heathrow airport`s runways you might expect some noise. There was none. We had no awareness of either aircraft noise or any from other hotel guests. The room was well sized with a very comfortable double bed and another full sized single bed. We didn`t have time to use the restaurant or bar so cannot comment but our experience, the worst criticism I can make is that one of the five lights in the room was not working.
Very handy for the airport and the shuttle bus.

A nice clean hotel we stayed two nights and I upgraded. We should have had a free paper and free internet. We had neither. Also our room was not made up during our stay. Close to Hatton Cross underground which is why we use it.
I enjoyed my stay at Jurys Inn Heathrow very much .It is a is a modern Hotel with good facilities and comfortable rooms.I enjoyed watching the planes lined up coming in for landing and luckily the rooms are sound proof !!I chose it for the proximity to the airport and it is only a five minute walk from the Tatton Cross Metro station so you can be in central London within 15 minutes
