Nice clean hotel in a convieniant location only a 2 min walk from Angel tube station.The staff were very friendly,with a nice bar area.Unable to comment on food as we had breakfast out every morning at a pub next to the tube station(£4.50 v.good value and nice).Overall if you are looking for a middle of the road hotel in a nice pleasnt area with a good choice of local pubs and restaurants nearby then Jurys is a good choice...

Location is good for local restaurants and bars, close to the City and fine for visiting London. The staff are good but the rooms have seen better days and those that face onto the side street are a bit noisy and overlooked by buildings opposite. Take your own net curtains!

Got a £25 bargain through hotel direct. Jury`s inn was clean and tidy, the staff were polite and friendly and we got a great deal.

Very good hotel. Good area, very close to the tube, clean, helpful people. I don`t have anything to say against it. I would recommend it to everyone that wants a good hotel with fair prices.

Poor sound insulation so traffic noise all night. Noise in corriders at 3am. If this happened in a Premier Inn I`d have been refunded the cost of the night`s accomodation.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of Islington. Well appointed rooms with bath & shower, great to be able ot have a soak after a long day.Secure underground parking is really usefullA wide cross section of restaurants within walking distance catering for all tastes so didn`t eat in the Hotel. Plenty of high street branded coffee shops for breakfast if you want to opt out.A market 2 minutes walk away enables you to stock up on fresh fruit and sample Islington life in a clean and safe environment.A perfect stop off for tourist or businessmen.

Our overall impression of this hotel was quite good, the rooms were clean, tidy and of a reasonable size for a London Hotel. We did notice a slight smell of dampness but when this was pointed out to the receptionist we were offered alternative rooms straight away (and thanked for bringing it to their attention). We will definetly stay in Jury`s Inn Islington again!

The hotel was situated on a busy main road. This ment if your bedroom faced this direction which our`s did you got no sleep.

Only negative was the noise for those who want a quiet time

Spacious and clean with really friendly staff, we lost the key to our suitcase padlock the duty manager could not have been more helpful, taking the suitcase away using a hack saw to remove the lock! Now that`s great sevice.

Good find for our short visits to London. Clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff.Some noise from the main Islington Road but would be on any main road.Will definitely use again.

we used this hotel on reading reviews. and i thought it was very good. rooms clean and comfy, breakfast nice and enjoyable. and location was good. will use again when down the smoke. oh yes very good price.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jurys Inn. We had a family room on the first floor which was very clean and comfortable. Islington is a lovely area with lots of shops and eating places. We had one meal at the hotel and some meals out in Islington. We had continental breakfast included in the price and this was delicious. Lots of choice of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, bread rolls, croissants, teas, coffee and juices. Breakfast time was very busy but the staff worked hard to refill food and clean tables. Our room was cleaned every day and was spotless. The hotel was busy but never noisy. The staff were always polite and helpful. We chose to walk everywhere and it took us approx 40 minutes to get to Piccadilly at a steady pace. We would definitely use the hotel again.

I stay in hotels across the country on a regular basis. My first impression was that the reception staff were genuinely friendly and this was reinforced with further brief conversations when asking for help, directions, extra pillows etc. I had reason to speak with two of the managers during our stay and was very impressed with each. I would be happy to stay in this hotel in future.

I had a very enjoyable stay in a comfortable and friendly hotel. I would recomend Jury`s Inn Islington to any of my friends at any time. We look forward to staying there again soon.

The shower door was clearly impossible to shut. We arrived quite late and so left it as we needed to get to bed and imagined that nothing would be done. The staff will have seen there is a problem if they had cleaned the shower room properly. When we told the receptionist we got an apology of sorts - but this does not encourage us to book with you again. How about a good deal for the next time we come to London?Mrs Moyes

The twin room I had was spacious and comfortable; although the choice of TV channels was limited.The bath and shower were good with plenty of hot water and towels.There is a nice pub on the ground floor with sport on the TV and a restaurant also, which I used once and found to be good.There is a lively pub next door (The Castle) with a roof garden, but Upper street in Islington has many restaurants and bars. If the weather is nice, have your sandwiches on Islington Green. Breakfast time is very busy and you have to pay extra for a voucher for a full english breakfast. The staff are very polite and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

stayed there for one night as it was near kings cross, hotel was clean, stayed with young son and made to feel very welcome by staff. Had a evening meal which was very good. The breakfast was ok but a bit cold. The location was ok angel tube stop was near by and kings cross, but not much else of interest wthin walking distance. Had a late check out which was good. The room was ok had a nice view towards the city. The only thing that anoyed us was a silly fire alarm right above our heads with two little red lights on that flashed all night. Over all a good value stay for one night near railway stations, wouldnt stay longer has area wasnt up to much.

Room was basic but fulfilled our needs. Locastion was excellent for the tube station of Angel.

Everything about my stay in this hotel was great - absolutely no reason to give less than "Excellent" report. Thank you.

WHAT A WONDERFUL REFRESHING CHANGE TO STAY AT A CLEAN, FRIENDLY WELCOMING HOTEL WITH LOVELY CLEAN ROOMS AND POLITE FRIENDLY STAFF. ONE OF OUR FRIENDS WAS TEMPORARILY DISABLED AND THEY COULDNT DO ENOUGH TO MAKE HER STAY AS GOOD AS OUR. FOOD WAS LOVELY AND THERE WAS PLENTY EVEN ON THE BUFFET BREAKFAST. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN SOON. SUE HUNTER

Friendly staff, adequate rooms, excellent location. Didn`t use the bar or restaurant so can`t comment.

Found no mini bar within the room and bar staff consistently delivered the wrong drinks when ordered.
